Well done Kenneth, great Content! Keep representing. Regarding yam varieties on the continent of Africa; west Africa has mostly similar types. Chilli does not only make food tasty, it has cancer hindering properties! Do research it, more Westerners, Europeans and those who have left out spicy from their cuisine are beginning to embrace it. Kilishi is quite tasty, true it has a lot of pepper.Moinmoin is made out of Nigerian brown beans, made into a paste, add onions, bell peppersand blend all together. Add crayfish powder, salt and spices of choice including veggie or palm oil. It is cooked by steaming after portioning in moinmoin leaves.So glad 'jungle legacy' was open to go out of his comfort zone and try something new. Kudos to him!
