34000 pesos a month for a 21sqm apartment LOL what a joke! that tiny space is over the top expensive compared to a 33sqm flat in BGC. You are allowed to have commission but that’s ridiculously greedy. For Quezon City trinoma area at 21sqm that should only be rented out at 15-18000 pesos a month.
