I made Hijrah to Egypt. No regrets, modern and cheap Islamic living, citizenship was super easy, islamic knowledge (al-azhar) and hijab is everywhere. Just make sure you have a remote job or business because job opportunities here are not the best. Also live in New cairo and other modern developments not old slums

Well isn't there multiple cases where hijra would be either obligatory or mustahabb? A lot of people in the West can practice the deen, well besides hearing the adhan, but I don't know if this still means hijra is obligatory for them in their circumstances

(Reported by Tirmidhi in his Sunan n°1604 and authenticated by imam Ibn Kathir in Irchad Al Faqih vol 2 p 298 and by Sheikh Albani in his correction of Sunan Tirmidhi)
@@Sharukh-ze4dh which countries to be exact, I live in a secular country, and I have never heard of this in my life. Going back to my original country is not an option despite it being muslim because the people there are corrupt and the quaity of life is terrible in all honesty
Absolutely but overall better to live in a country surrounded by Muslims albeit them not being perfect. Sin is everywhere nowadays. All it takes is meeting some kuffar at work who influence you to do haram. Not to mention all the naked women in these secular countries

@naxxs In what context is this hadith referring to, there are Muslims all around the world, some countries like mine are predominantly Muslims, but you cant trust anyone there and cant make a decent living to survive because of the corruption. Also Muslims living in countries like The US, Australia, UK in huge numbers, does this hadith apply to them if theyre living amongst each other? Are they to abandon their lives to go back to a shithole with snakes (best way to describe my OG country) despite them being Muslims, even if they steal inheritance, take briberies, deal with Usery and steal money and land. You see the answer is not as clear cut as you think. There are muslims everywhere. Meanewhile here there are also opportunities to do Dawah, so many reverts wouldnt be Muslim if it werent for us. And with the current state of the economy, it is faar easier to send Money from here back to poorer cou tries. Ive read somewhere that Lebanon gets a huge portion of their finance from Lebanese people from other countries and is a huge factor as to why the people there are still able to live the way they live Ive never heard of a sheikh giving us the fatwa of going back to our country because there are more Muslims there. It literally does not make sense if there are name them for me
