I know a lot of ASMRists just look away from the mic to breathe or exhale heavily when their camera isnt pointed at their face. Also, a lot of people who enjoy ASMR like to hear the chitchat, try not to stress too much on if you’re talking too much or if you’re talking too fast, just be yourself! You’re doing awesome, your voice is perfect for ASMR!!
