Having used this stuff on a flat roof, my advice is to not even try and brush this stuff on, especially if your surface is rough. Simply pour it on and spread around with a rubber squeegee - 500% faster and gives a much better finish. However, you do use 2 x the amount of product but thats actually a good thing as you have a good even level coating over your whole roof and seams without priming or cutting in the joints first. Wear an FFP2 or 3 face mask as well as the fumes are not just unpleasant they are hazardous even with a small exposure and can cause pneumonia if you're unlucky. Also, buy a full box if disposable latex gloves as you'll need a dozen or so pairs at least.

I tried Acrypol + today.
It is very thick, too thick.
You can spread it ok over a flat part of the roof. However, difficult to spread it around details such as pipes or tight spaces. It drags on the brush and lifts back up.
I asked CROMAR BUILDING PRODUCTS a question via email, they even didn't bother replying.
On the whole I can neither recommend the product or the company

I have a coated fibre glass roof which hasn't been maintained for about 20 years. It's not leaking but I want to restore it to prolong it's life.
I am getting conflicting info from companies. Some say use acropol some say don't, some say cromopol and acropol would peel off after a couple of years because of the old coating on it etc.
I am so confused. Can you help please?

can this be used to waterproof a plywood trailer cover and does it level out when dry

It never gets fully dry, the only time it gets hard is the winter, in the summer if you walk on it it is soft. Yes it can be used on plywood, it never gets perfectly leveled due to the fibers, but if you are laying on ply it will be pretty leveled you need to play around with the brush a bit more to make iit look presentable.
