- My Celtic multi-instrumental version of 'For the Love of a Princess' from Braveheart.
James Horner's music has been very influential for me throughout my life, with his music scoring many of my favourite movies. When I posted a short playing this theme in the snow I had many requests to do a full version; I hope you enjoy my arrangement!
Featuring tin whistle, low whistle, flute, violin, guitar, bodhran and vocals.

Braveheart has been my favorite movie since I was twelve years old. I'm twenty-six now and it's still Braveheart. I love the medieval Celtic setting, I love the coming of age, I love the romance. I love the battles, the wit, nearly everything about it. The movie outlines the values of Honesty and bravery against conceit and cowardice. Braveheart speaks to my soul's longing to fight for my people, my land, my culture, and most importantly my family and future wife...Plus I'm an American of Scotts-Irish descent so there's that too. 💪
If you study history you will find there are a LOT of deviations from what truly happened. But yeah!
A truly epic film, I to have a favourite film Sparticus with kirk Douglas!! I first watched the film at 12years of age at 72years old still my favourite, The film as everything going for it as Brave Hart!!!❤🇬🇧👍

I love the part where Lavinia & Spartacus were so happy that no one could ever sell them again. Also the part where his men tried to take his punishment for him. A picture of Jesus.

This takes me back to high school, when I first saw Braveheart in the theaters, and I purchased the soundtrack and would play it over and over again. I am so thankful for the CZcams algorithm for directing me towards this video. This was superb playing Leyna!
