Potato wedges is one of the requires of my meal in KFC! With the kfc crispy chicken fry I usually like to have the crunchy potato wedges. Nowadays in many more others restaurants are making potato wedges according to the variations of our tests! Potato wedges can be made in two ways! One is after frozen and another is instant potato wedges! Today I’m making the easy potato wedges which needs actually few times to prepare! And this potato wedges will gives you a crunchy masala flavour! Have enjoy it in the evening snacks...
And also it can be a easy snacks for kids!
You can’t believe this is a potato wedges easy recipe ever with lots of tips!
পূর্ব প্রস্তুতি ছাড়াই বিকেলের নাস্তায় ঝটপট তৈরি করুন ঝামেলাবিহীন নাস্তা ইন্সট্যান্ট পটেটো ওয়েজেস!! তৈরি করা খুবই সহজ এবং অল্প সময়ে তৈরি যায় এই পারফেক্ট পটেটো ওয়েজেস। বাচ্চাদের খুবই পছন্দের নাস্তার আইটেম পটেটো ওয়েজেস বা ভাজা আলু তৈরির সবচেয়ে ইজি রেসিপি! অনেক গুলো টিপস সহ তৈরি করেছি দুই ধরনের সহজ পটেটো ওয়েজেজ! কেএফসি পটেটো ওয়েজেস কিংবা বিভিন্ন রেষ্টুরেন্ট স্টাইল পটেটো ওয়েজেস আমাদের সকলের পছন্দ! এখন থেকে বাসায় তৈরি করুন নিজের পছন্দের স্বাদে মাসালা পটেটো ওয়েজেস!
তৈরী করতে লাগছে - (Ingredients)
আলু (Potato) - 600 gm
ময়দা (Maida/ All purpose flour) - 1/4 cup
কর্ণফ্লাওয়ার (Cornflour) - 1/4 cup
মরিচ গুড়া (Red Chilli powder) - 1 Tbs
মিক্সড হার্বস (Mixed Herbs) - 1 tsp
শুকনা মরিচ আধাভাঙ্গা (Chilly flask) - 1 Tbs
লবণ (Salt) - to taste
বেকিং সোডা (Baking Soda) - 1 tsp
পানি (Water) - as to need
সয়াবিন তেল (Soybean Oil) - to deep fry
পাপড়িকা গুড়া ( Paprika ) - 1 Tbs
ধনে পাতা (Coriander leaf) - 1 Tbs
পুদিনা পাতা (Mint) - 1 Tbs

For them it is not wasted. At home we want to try these recipes but cannot do them because of the huge waste of oil.
