Synopsis: It all starts with Elena in therapy, she recounts her love story with Clark and reveals that he is dead.
Clark is Superman, a secret she discovers on her own but doesn't escape. The two live together, are happy and about to get married.
When Lex Luthor creates a Kryptonian monster and Superman sacrifices himself in the fight, this pain devastates Elena to the point of obsession. She enlists the help of the Justice League to bring him back to life, whatever the cost and Bruce succeeds with the Mother Box.
Everything seems perfect, he comes back and remembers her but Lex isn't done, he can't accept another happy ending. So if she can't kill him, try to take away what she loves: Elena.
Lex kidnaps the woman and locks her in an airtight swimming pool, where she nearly drowns. Clark saves her but doesn't realize that she was what the enemy wanted.
Elena comes into contact with the current, completely wet, and has a cardiac arrest. Doctors try to save her as Clark attacks Lex, he thinks she will die by now.
Elena relive the love story of the two and it is for this, for that love, that she survives.
The first thing she sees when she wakes up is Clark.
