Told ya you'll be getting faster content
You’re not wrong!
Sad to see you absent wishes from me go out to you
Fun fact : this song produce by Mick Gordon 😁
yo listen to Hypa Hypa by Eskimo callboy
Still waiting for Eskimo Callboy Hypa Hypa tho.
Their upcoming album/EP/release, "Post Human", is going to be a 4 part release with them stating that the first part will be heavier than anything they've done in awhile because the world doesn't need fun pop music right now, but it needs anger anthems. I can't wait! ~
Nice thanks for the heads up, was wondering how they'll be releasing the new music.
@@METALBIRB www.nme.com/news/music/bring-me-the-horizon-parasite-eve-post-human-new-album-oli-sykes-interview-2694847
You can read more about it here if you wish to :) Good shit on the reaction and the timing. You weren't kidding :P
Saw that too, but honestly with how they hyped this track...I thought it’d be heavier. It’s a solid track and insanely catchy, but musically speaking it’s not as heavy as it’s was hyped up to be. But it’s a fun song and I like the lyrical content and catchy chorus a lot.
Hopefully that mean something like their old stuff, because this aint it chief..
@@danielstump8635 This song slaps what? Bedroom Sessions thru CYB are great but their deathcore music gets boring fast (I'm picky on deathcore), Suicide Season and TIAH are top notch metalcore and everything from Sempiternal until now is amazing. Different strokes though, to be fair.
Homie wasn’t lying when he said we’d get faster content.
YEE FAM! New track is hype
It was eh. But I live in the past I guess....
Dylan Allen bruh
I LOVED your reaction to this. Lol You and one other dude whose name I can't remember, have had the best reactions out of all reactions I've seen to this, and bro, I've seen a LOT. Been at this all day. Lol
That intro ahaha, miss me yet hunny????
But seriously this song though 😳 BMTH is definitely different and I’m interested to see the direction of the album!
Something about that profile picture, I feel like I’ve seen you on CZcams before 😂 Good luck on the job opportunity btw 💪🏼🤟🏼
Oli has said that the band most likely won't be making any new albums anymore. They are going to release multiple shorter EP's though.
On CZcams at work? Get back to work missy!!
We miss you!!! But best of wishes in your career METALBABE!! 💙
Y’all are so cute 🥺 my heart
Fun fact: this feminine voice at the beginning is alissa's voice, oli's wife
This song does remind me of Ludens how it started with the edm
Its a very interesting good blend ...deff would love a whole album like this
The whole song is compositionally/structurally very similar to Ludens
Actually a thing to note in case some don't know, this song was actually collabed/co produced by Doom eternals music producer Mick Gordan, so the edm and most of the distortioning and synths actually were procuded by Mick Gordan himself.
I have to admit i really like the crossover between EDM and metalcore. This and Ludens are unmistakable, there is no other band that i can think off with this kind of sound. Love it 🍻
🍻
Falling in reverse has a mix of just about everything not as much edm but there is still some in certain songs mostly a cross between rap and metal core
This song is fairly similar to lost in the echo by linkin park tbh
Northlane's new album, Alien, comes to mind in terms of an EDM x metalcore crossover. Also, same here, I'm really liking this sort of crossover (I wasn't at first, but it's grown on me...) 🍻
@@shitass6963 I don't hear it
THIS IS A WAR, oli screams that in "it never ends" too
@Stephen j it's called Ctrl + C
That intro was hilarious, great video
Funny how this felt like a doom track. Literally just to find out Mick Gordon is featured. Guess he has truly created a unique sound.
You can definetly hear the partial Doom esque that's used with the synths on certain portions along with some of the distortions
Still in shock they got Mick Gordon in on this
So sick! Love how Mick is so active in the metal scene too
@@METALBIRB Mick is insane doom2016 ost is amazing.
Holy shit no way? That's awesome man, love his work on Doom.
They actually said they might be bringing him back for a few more tracks on their upcoming release as well, so that's sick
LINKIN PARK - LOST IN THE ECHO !!!!!
The intro though 😂😭 I like this WAY more than Ludens! It’s heavier and you still get those edm elements in the song 🔥
The Hunting Party. Also check out Cross Off, a Mark Morton song featuring Chester singing, its heavy af
You should check out Linkin Park's songs "When They Come for Me" and "Wretches and Kings" from their album A Thousand Suns. Some of my personal faves that get slept on most of the time
"When they come for me" has such a unique sound that works so well! I 100% agree that it is slept on WAY too much.
Yes! Two of my absolute favorites!
Linkin Park Living Things their most underrated album, you should listen to Victimized, Until it breaks, In my remains but all of the album is good
So funny...just the other day I was thinking to myself “What ever happened to that game Parasite Eve?”
The Hunting Party was a pretty heavy LP album, so I would suggest some songs from that album.. there is a hardcore/punk song, some songs that are pretty similiar to the music on their first two albums - aka nu-metal, then there are some which go for the heavy metal style, Rebellion is basically a SOAD song, etc..
❤️ thats album
metal babe was really quiet during this one.. i dont think she was really digging the song to be honest lol
There was a woman??
I would say as far as recent Linkin Park that’s heavy, Wastelands or Guilty All The Same
The Hunting Party album has way heavier songs than that
wes8723 These were literally on Hunting Party 😂 Maybe Line In the Sand or Keys to the Kingdom but that’s about it.
Breakdown reminded my of LP for sure.
JCD Drums it was based off one step closers breakdown
@@TheAndyMarksShow Well of course I know that those songs are from that album.. but there are more songs on that album that are even heavier that those you first mentioned.. yes, LitS and KttK are both heavier because LP went into heavy metal direction with those and in the case of Wastelands and GAtS they went back to nu-metal (and if you don't know, heavy metal is a heavier genre than nu-metal), but then there are songs like War (straight punk/hardcore song), Rebellion (basically a SOAD song) and Mark the Graves (slower but still a heavy song, with some connections to the sound of the band Chevelle)
Should react to Bones - Make Them Suffer. Make them suffers latest album is HUGE.
Yeah groovy and heavy as fuck!!
This is according to Oli: "We’d heard about the pandemic in China, but then the similarities between what we were writing about started to become closer to reality. Every time there was a news story about it, we’d turn to each other and say “Parasite Eve,” not realising the magnitude of it all."
That Intro man, stop breaking my heart 😢😂
Eskimo Callboy- hypa hypa!!!!!
This ^
OMG bro I second this
Best song and vid clip currently out
Let's make it happen, can't stop rewatching the music video!
PLEASE!!!!
That Linkin Park analysis was honestly spot on. LP will always be my all time favorite band I’ll always love their music no matter what but if they were to have kept heavy like you said I think something along the lines of what BMTH sounds like now. Loved the reaction. I think a song you would love by LP that was more recent is Rebellion ft Daron Malakian. Energetic and has some heavy vocals in it
It feels so weird to say but the breakdown reminded me of Sleeping With Sirens' last album.
Same here! I thought of Break Me Down right away!
The intro 💔hahaha
Yessir! Love this song!
Oli said that this isn’t a time for poppy music now and that the next record out of the four coming this year is more aggressive and angry, they said each record of the four are going to have 6 to 10 songs on them and the whole project is called “Post Human” and that it will be separated in parts and I’m assuming each one with be an experimented sound but I know the first one is aggressive and basically will sound like what this and ludens sound like but said the other songs are a bit heavier than ludens and parasite eve I believe
Loved this release, can't wait for more!
As far as songs you need on the channel, just gonna keep bringing up The Chariot's The City lmao. Josh from The Chariot is actually on a BMTH song! The Fox And The Wolf from There is a Hell... I'm so sad they didn't play it when his new band '68 opened for BMTH a few years ago
Awe I’m gonna miss Metalbabe, but I still love watching you and of course I will stick around. If you don’t mind me asking - what career is she pursuing? You should react to Butcher Babies - Gravemaker
I wouldn't say that Linkin park went down with their recent stuff. Just like BMTH they were experimenting with different elements and its highly possible that we would have gotten a sound like this from LP if Chester sadly didn't die. The difference between BMTH and Linkin Park is simply the pace of progression. As for Linkin park they took it slow and literally tried out different things in every album. But i feel like a lot of people judge Linkin Park on the last album they created. On the other hand BMTH took a faster approach and literally dipped back into a heavier sound after a single pop oriented album. I for one I'm glad that BMTH has been inspired by LP to be creative and try out different things.
Does everyone forget the experimental electronic album after Amo?????? It's so fucking good and everyone is acting like amo is their last album
I mean at Chester's memorial show oli played crawling with them
I have gotten to meet the band personally, such humble and awesome people! Amazing new song!
ALWAYS the first reaction video I click on
Loved Amo.. will playing this all week. Loving the humor.
I love how mick gordon made the edm sound from his russian synthesizer for this song makes it more intense like doom
Great review
Heey react to "Hypa Hypa" by Eskimo Callboy
I second this
I would also very much like for this to happen
YES ugh I've been waiting for more people to react to that bop
Tomorrow
@@METALBIRB 😱
Have not liked anything BMTH has done in a long time, but this shit is dope.
I am so glad you started the video that way 😂
I'm sure its an Easteregg for the Game too! Great PS1 Game omg dem memories.. Oh and that Synth toward the End turned the Song into a Synthwave Song for a couple of a Secs... I'm fine with that🤓
If you're interested, you should do a full album reaction playlist to Linkin Park's Hybrid Theory. You'll see a lot of the influence BMTH and many more bands got from that album.
the video is sick, react to both with metalbabe? xD
Linkin Park - Castle of Glass or Lost in the Echo
Omg just saw the video was blocked 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ fml
Rebellion is a great Linkin Park song you may not have heard! Great video!
Hey hey hey, Linkin Park didn't go downhill, they did what *they* wanted to do and we were just there for the ride.
The more I hear PE the more I love it !
Love this song!!! 💜💜
Just a song I think your sleeping on, that I think you should check out: Warzone by Of Mice and Men.
So good... Best they've done in years. Sounds like Linkin Park, even the end sounds like cure for the itch, I wish the outro would go longer
That Simon & Garfunkel slaps dough.
Hey, my man, love your channel. Been fan since very beginning. If you want some newish Linkin Park, check out Lost In The Echo, or Guilty All The Same. Keep up the good work.
I'm diggin this👌.
You guys should do some Monument of a Memory, their song Cold Eyes is sick!
Also the song Comatose, new vocalist and the video for it is great.
Definitely should react to the new Eskimo Callboy song (Hypa Hypa)! Love your videos man, keep up the good work!
Ngl I wanna see your reaction to Hypa Hypa by Eskimo Callboy. The video is comedy gold!
I hit a new max at the gym with this chorus
In terms of metal, i didn't expect that. But I didn't expect to expect anything so it doesn't count and this song just sounds good
How to describe BMTH in one word...
METALBIRB: 1:27 "...Different...."
One more light and heavy are great songs off linkin parks latest album but unfortunately I can't say I've heard any of the others
Mix of pop and metal things? I hope next songs become heavier
You should check out the new song " Foundation of Bones " by Enterprise Earth🤘😝🤘
that intro 10/10 haha
You should check out Pangaea - Survivor’s Guilt. They’re one of the best prog metalcore band out there as we speak. They’re really reminiscent of older BTBAM.
They already did!
riera. Ahh okk I didn’t know. I’ll check it out, thanks for the info.

bmth has managed to find that perfect balance nd unique style. such a fucking awesome band!
seeing as my two favorite genres are EDM and metal, this song is fucking perfect for me lmao.
Ooo lucky us 2 videos in a day. cool fact they worked with mick gordan, dooms composer on this song. I dug this, bringing some edge back to their new sound. I still can't believe 6 albums later people still whine about them not sounding like count your blessings. Lol.
Hurry up and do the Make them suffer new album pleeease, especially falling ashes and The attendant
Saturday!
not even a minute in and the feels are reals
While I prefer Ludens as far as overall sound, this one is pretty solid as well
6:57 I showed my wife this song last night. She HATES metal. Will not listen to the stuff I listen to regularly. She said "that's not bad... that's like Linkin Park heavy. That's not so bad, I could listen to that". Still working on Slaughter to Prevail and The Ghost Inside though. Hahaha
Wretches and Kings by Linkin Park is a NICE tune
Such a f*cking sick song! BMTH are sick no matter what they do. Genres don’t matter. It’s all quality! 🤘🤘
React to Wintersun - Time!
I dont understand the genre hopping/mixing BMTH has been doing but theres really not anything they've made that I dont like

You guys need to react to Eskimo callboy - hypa hypa . It's hilarious funny and catchy
Spot on about Linkin Park imo
please react to Satyr - Picayune
Firstly - Loved your reaction - BUT why didn't the video clip show??
I watched czcams.com/video/ilamZ9xb19I/video.html before yours and found it interesting that it included The Making Of as well as the Official Video of Parasite Eve. Don't be offended that I put this here but I think others may find the Making Of as interesting as I did.
