I just got done with my first play through of 4, and it’s fucking phenomenal. The combat system is among its best qualities, and it’s been astonishing to see how it’s evolved. Dante is a masterpiece of a character to play. He’s the weapon that is built for the artist. Lesser players like me still have fun, but don’t often know what to do with him, as he has a fucking OBSCENE amount of combat possibilities. You give him to an expert, though, and they become the left hand of god. His system is the culmination of a decade of development, and I feel honored to play him. And then the variety in play styles from Nero to Lady, Trish, and Vergil is insane. They are all very distinct from each other and I’m impressed. Nero’s simpler but fun play style is helped significantly by the devil bringer system. Lady feels surprisingly right to play, with her focus on firearms, which is also very unique. Trish is fun in her own way, though I honestly wished she played a little more like her DMC 2 incarnation. And then Vergil is simple perfection.
This is even more insane considering you're doing this all while in Devil Trigger, which means your attacks are faster A challenge for you Dante mains; try pulling off those insane combos you do while Devil Trigger is active the whole time to increase the speed of your attacks, thereby shortening the reaction time required to pull off those insane combos
I hope we'll eventually see a crazy Nero or maybe dmc5 dante combo
Imagine if he dosent have dmc 5 because his pc is too weak and dosent have a ps4

I think, DMC 4 Dante's Devil version is more cooler than DMC5 Devil Version, when he trigger Devil version
