I use an open source program called Hybrid to render my RE Outbreak videos.

I'd like to ask you if it is possible for you to tell me, what version of Hybrid do you use, and what specific settings you have, in order to create the video with so much quality, that you have used in them.

The ISO can run on the PS2?
Is this mod can run on emulator android? Or only pc?
You should be able to play this on a mobile emulator just fine. Just make sure to modify the ISO on your computer first then transfer it to your smartphone.
