- Any tournament, especially cash cups are easier to make finals this season! But only if you know this trick, otherwise it's harder.
If you've ever wondered "how to make cash cup finals or how to qualify for solo cash cup in fortnite" then you've came to the right video. A few things I want to point out about using the wings more safely if you do end up using them
1. If you're going to fly with them then always fly low and avoid where people might be instead of just going directly to zone - they are obviously not as safe or easy to use as the grapple blade
2. Instead of dive bombing to land you can just land normally and then go directly into a sprint or pulling out your builds, skipping the second or so that you can't do anything if you were to dive bomb
3. This one's pretty common knowledge but you didn't cover it when talking about the wings here. You can actually start your flight with a dive bomb if you're 10 meters above the ground already. If someone's boxed in wood or brick below you then you can instantly break their whole box, but its only useful in some situations like if you know they're on 60 hp or if they're already fighting someone else. Otherwise you'll just get pumped
4. You probably made the video before they changed it but the wings don't actually negate fall damage anymore if you don't use them. They also used to allow you to jump way higher so you could cover half the map if you combine it with a flowberry and a launch pad, but now they're just a generally useless item

people dont go near island because zone rarely pulls to it. so then you have an option of boxing up on a rift below which could be risky or not depending on if its congested or just to rotate on foot more around deadside, to the opposite side of where the island is

I qualed twice in a row on 70 and 71 points with my best tournament placement on 60 ping and controller. I’m pretty new to playing comp Fortnite I started last season.

that easter tournament was an outlier, but qual is normally around 61-62. It was lower that day because noone was on for easter.

That's what I'm saying, it's harder in general, but if you can rotate well without the grapple, it's easier since the qual range is less

The players are better on eu I can admit but that just means the lobby dies quicker so you can get more placement points
The only free game that you get on Eu is the one 30 minutes before the end where everyone w-keys I find myself stuck in 30-40 people endgames everytime and its so annoying because no one is dying and you can only rotate for so long
I played the cash cup yesterday, and I've started carrying both wings and berries/fizz to make the rotates last longer (and these were 40+ player endgames and I was getting top 10s) so maybe carry more than 1 rotate item!

For Na-east this Easter weekend it was 63 I got 62 💀 I was 65 places off from qual . It happens i guess .

Normally, I suck, but this season I got my first qual in the solo victory pretty easily. (Maybe thats cuz I bushcamped the whole time and got like 7 kills overall)💀

the reason why qualification this season is so low is because people dont know how to play no mobility metas on top of that the cash cup you showed in the video was on easter weekend so a lot less people will be playing this season qual is usually 61-65 which is still lower than last season but this season is harder than the last

I made a video about that. It has a white thumbnail with the two walls on it. It's sort of up to preference, but if you care about a competitive advantage seeing through cracks > fps, then you should go high mesh
