What an attack!! No matter how many times I've seen the tigers so far, they still scare the crap out of me! The tiger's AI is so unique to the game, and EW did SUCH an amazing job on them. The details of their fur and body language is spot on, I am so impressed!!
The tiger A.I. alone makes it worth all the extra time they took to make this map. No one should be mad about it anymore.

Tigers are the best thing that happens in call of the wild
Tigers are exactly what i was hoping for with lions. They are SUCH a major improvement for the predators
I hope that now with the new behaviours for tigers, lions and pumas will get a rework, model wise and behaviour wise
If we're lucky they'll reprogram lions to act more like tigers
Beautiful tiger man, the fact you went back and got her tracks and all is insane.
You guys prob know all this but i read that tigers almost always attack from behind (it's safer for them) and that's why other tigers have white spots on the back of their ears (to look like eyes). People in India in tiger areas sometimes wear masks backwards in their heads to put tigers off.
The growl of an attacking tiger has evolved to have a particular frequency to make most prey freeze in fear.
They are miracles of evolution or design depending on your viewpoint. 😊
That just got me even more hyped for this map
Do EW up the spawn rates for rares and diamonds in early access? It seems like every new map early access has youtubers getting loads of incredible trophies.

Hey Flinter, I was curious if you’re able to do a new beginner series, since your previous one could be outdated and there has been reworks to the animals in game, I’m also new to the game and want the best chance to be successful, and I want to do that by learning what I need from you, the best theHunter player in my opinion.

We not gonna talk about how EW clearly boosts spawn rates for diamonds and rares during the creator early access?
Nope, it happens too when they first release the map. The first few weeks are loaded with game and then poof, lucky to find anything let alone a decent sized animal. Pretty sad.
Someone shout do a statistical break down of the amount of diamonds and rares creators get during pre release vs. the average player after the official release. I bet you would be shocked at how different the percentage is.
Kinda weird how tigers were supposed to be few of but everyone and their grandma gets a rare one xd

You should do a tiger hunt with no spotting? So that way you can't know exactly where they are when their in cover.

I was there on stream, hunting medved. One second I was hunting boars, the next a rare tiger eats your face off. It was a great stream!

I checked this lake and there was a legendary mela! Scored gold sadly but its awesome
I’m so excited for the tigers and snow leopards on this map they look so good and the stalking for the tigers looks so good and is the best thing I’ve seen in the game. The other animals on the map also looks incredible. Probably gonna be the best map for me.

I think that they need to go back and make pumas/mountain lions as hard to find as Tigers and Snow Leopards.
They should also give them a similar stalking mechanic to the tigers.

Ok Halloween idea for this map flaming ghost tiger and when they kill you you drop all the ammo that is not in your gun like a souls game
A variation of the tiger AI for Polar bear, jaguar or even packs of hyena as a predator that actively hunts you would be SWEET. This opens so many doors for the future that it's hard not to look ahead, even though the general community hasn't gotten live access to the tigers yet. I don't think its an exaggeration to say that this is 100% the biggest game mechanic added to COTW, better than things like TruRACs or the dogs.
Did they up the rare possibility for early access for the streamers. Seams like every video from different streamers on the new map, there all getting rare animals

Question, will a tripod work against an attack?
Good point. When getting attacked by wolves I try to hop onto a rock where it's safe to shoot from but not seeing any big rocks on this map.
@@Buster_Piles I know lions USED to not attack in a tripod. Might have been fixed but I've not played in a while either

Why do Tigers drink? Doesn't this make most of them trivial to find?
The drink zones change each time you kill one or something like that.
@valkyrie1994 yeah but if a certain tiger only has 1 or 2 tiny ponds in its entire kingdom, it doesn't matter if the zone technically moves or not. It's going to be stupid easy to find
7:55 that's because the game allows players to use wallhacks to spot the animals, if you cant spot the tiger will the blue wallhacks thing the tiger would be even more scary and difficult to hunt, you can't expect immersion when your character has super powers
they they should not be spottable through stuff when they are in stalk mode

Why not turn off spotting outline? I think it's more challenging and fun, maybe scarier, it's another level of gameplay.
The AI seems really broken when you spot them and make them go aggressive.

Well it's not like it's as rare as a piebald, melanistic, or albino for most species. I don't know why they call them rares, it's more like an uncommon from what I've seen

Try to Nitro in tigers and see if it does better than the 300.
