I did exactly that. And prefer it rather than grounding to other points of the car. not all ground points are equal. Not that it matters a whole lot for this, but it does for things like amplifier.
how do you know which wire you ground to? like I saw you connect your orange ground wire to a blue wire. Does that blue wire come with the radio or do I have to buy an extra wire to connect it to ground?
I just had the blue wire left over from when I installed my amp. Basically just need to connect the orange to any ground and I didn't feel like messing with any of the other wires going to the radio so I just grounded it up on that bolt

That would be a good spot to ground it yes, I just grounded it where I did because I already had my radio ground taped up

I'm not sure the exact one but all the atoto radios like this on Amazon are the same as far as the wiring I show in the video
you can buy any atoto head unit that’s a 7 inch double din stereo. i got the A6PF model and it worked perfectly

The orange just needs to go-to a ground. Anything metal should be grounded. I just used that blue wire to extend the length of the orange wire

Possibly, if you can find the three wires coming from the switch it should be the same deal. Just have to figure out which wires go where.

It depends what kind of adapter connector you buy sometimes come with key 1 and key 2 is for steering wheels
This is how you wire it WITHOUT buying an adapter. The steering wheel button adapters are not needed for atoto radios in MOST vehicles
i only have one steering wheel key wire and it’s brown, do i wire the green and pink to the brown together?
