Elaichi can be grown from seed. unprocessed green elaichi.. can also be grown from nursery bought plant. the leaves themselves are very aromatic and can be used in stews and soups or tea.. Elaichi might not come in North India.

I appreciate your concern for the health of viewers. After watching videos on CZcams, people chew the leaves of Sadabahar to cure/control blood sugar, hypertension, blood pressure. Studies only says that "such properties are there in these leaves". But such "properties" should be extracted, processed after eliminating other toxic substances, but many CZcamsrs advise to directly chew the leaves.
