  • The Isuzu NPS300 has become a popular option to convert into a touring truck. The issue is that the interior is limited for commercial use and factory sound deadening and insulation is minimal. Brendan from Car Builders walks through the process of making a NPS300 a comfortable touring truck.
The Car Builders NPS pack comes pre cut ready to insulate your NPS300 Dual Cab. This pack is based off a 2022 NPS 300.
    This kit includes:
Stage 1 Sound Deadener - apply to roof skin, floor pan, rear wall, door skins, above engine and bulk head. (this is not pre cut and comes in tiles which are easy to cut and lay)
Mass Noise Liner - Stage 2 Premium underlay, covers floor pan, under seats and rear bulk head, pre cut to suit.
Van Liner - Stage 2 Sound and Heat Insulation for roof skin, comes pre cut covering entire roof skin.
Acoustic Liner - Stage 2 twin layer foam pre cut to cover rear wall.
4 way Stretch Carpet - Pre cut to apply over Acoustic Liner, allows you to upholster rear wall to an automotive standard.
    What do I get?
    Stage 1 Sound Deadener - 6 x boxes (10.8sq/m)
Mass Noise Liner - 5 x sheets pre cut (7.6sq/m)
    Acoustic Liner - 1 x sheet pre cut (1.7sq/m)
    Van Liner - 1 x roll pre cut (5sq/m)
4 Way stretch carpet - 1.4m precut to upholster rear wall in 1 x piece
    Spray Adhesive - 3 x cans
Install Kit - application roller, utility knife, foil tape, stubby holder, bottle opener
Snap press stud extensions x 8 (specific to extend press button fasteners on bulk head area to allow for Mass Noise Liner thickness)

I did this with a few layers of basic cork and spray glue .....
It cost me 1/3 compared to your stuff. And it's extremely quiet....

Do you do kits for the fuso canter?? I have a single cab i would want to do the rear wall and roof.
For the heat on the roof, I've used Thermosheild paint on my bus roof and its amazing how much it drops the temperature.😊
