Its lighting. it will look better in hand I guarantee it
The cape is from the original 2d clone wars and the clone trooper helmet is an ohmage to the original 3.75" clone wars obi wan figure from 2008 that had the helmet. It never appeared in the show/ movie so it was either concept art or a callback to the original clone wars where obi wan had a clone helmet. or both idk

Perhaps, I think it's still not a perfect sculpt, I'm not a huge fan of it, but if you like it, that's great!
