Either you use different version of this application or i downloaded the wrong thing i definitely cannot find proper things that you have already shown on the video. Are you sure the video and the last version match?
I hope that they can give the opportunity to do the certifications again for free, really for those of us who like their tool we want to continue using it and I think that although their products are very good, apart from the fact that companies must pay for licenses it would be an additional cost pay the certifications ...

I had the same issue as you. Here's how I fixed it: Open the Activities tab -> Click on the filter icon (it's above the activities search bar) -> Select 'Classic' under 'Filter by Category'. Hope this helps!

For the free trial, i guess the only way at this time is to do the Contact Us and submitted a case #935084. :-)
Customer Support pointed out that I needed to do a CTRL+K to enable "Set var:". Did that and working!! Moving forward!
