You can, it wont stack with max movement at somepoint but in this game, centaur ms was never over 350/422(phase boots), he could've went for it, but would've made horse power useless

They sacrifice BB 4th pick just to be counter enemy last pick AXE for topson last pick Zeus. Not worth it. BB is not hero on this patch his lovely Sange has no status resistance anymore which give him a tanky body aside from his 3rd. While juggernaut and LC is the new strong heroes rn.
With the new BB carry facets, might as well go SnY if you're really chasing status resistance
