  • A spontaneous trip back out to the Adirondacks has me climbing Giant and Rocky Peak Ridge, putting me at 26/46! It was a late 3pm start so I knew I would get to enjoy my first sunset, and man was it beautiful. Giant was a steep 3,000' climb in just 3 miles with beautiful views every time you turn around. I also decided to take the short half-mile trip over to Giants Nubble and it was absolutely worth it. I decided to do RPR first, that col had me thinking of Blake for sure, dropping roughly 700 feet down off of Giant to climb up RPR.

Nice hike just before the super cold weather gets here!
