बिल्कुल ही कम सामान से बनाएं बनीला आइस्क्रीम । Vanila Ice cream Recipe/homemade vanilla ice cream
Ingredients Required For Vanilla ice cream Recipe -
500 ml milk
Corn flour 2 TBSP.
Sugar 8 TBSP. or according to Taste
300 ml. whipping cream.
Vanilla Essence 1Tsp.
Recipe -Take500 ml cold milk in a pan, add 2tbsp of corn flour and mix well and then switch on the Gas.cook till the milk thickens, then add 8TBSP sugar,mix well and keep aside to cool then keep for 1 hour in freezer.Now take a bowl and pour 300ml whipping cream and whipped it until soft peaks then mix milk mixture and 1tsp vanilla Essence and whipped again till the mixture becomes airy and frothy.
it is very important to remember that the quantity of milk and whipping cream should be equal.
pour the mixture in to the container and cover with cling wrap or butter paper touching the ice cream and then cover it with alluminium foil so that it prevents to from ice crystals.keep this in the freezer for atleast 8 hours.now the soft creamy vanilla ice cream ready to eat with your loved ones .😋💓
सबसे पहले एक पैन मै आधा किलो दूध लेना है फिर उसमें 2 चम्मच कार्नफ्लोर डालके अच्छे से मिक्स करना है । फिर गैस पर चढ़ाना है लगातार चलाते हुए गाढ़ा होने तक पकाना है चीनी मिक्स करके इसके बाद ठण्डा करना है । फिर एक कटोरे में भिप क्रीम लेनी है 300 ग्राम और इसे भिप करना है सांफ्ट पिक्स बनने तक अब इसमें ठंडा किया हुआ दूध वाला मिक्स डालके भिप करते हुए मिक्स करना है वनिला इसेन्स भीडालना है अब एक कनटेनर में इस मिक्स को डालकर क्लिंग पेपर से या बटर पेपर से टच करते हुए कवर करता है ताकि आइसक्रीम में आइस क्रिस्टल ना बने और इसके बाद इसको अल्युमिनियम पेपर से पूरी तरह कवर कर देंगे और 8 घण्टे के लिए या पूरी रात के लिए फ्रीजर में रख देंगे ।
