In this video I have discussed my Daily Self Study Plan for 12 plus hours everyday.
my schedule takes care of three important factors:
1. 3 hours study slots
2. Small Breaks
3. Enough Sleep
My plan is for 13.5 hours/day, with regular breaks and good amount of sleep.

It's not a myth, many people study for 12 hrs, and it's quite logical if you see the timings.
It may happen that few people can only give 10 hrs at their best, but then slowly it can be increased further

It may work if you are able to finish the course as per your plan.
But in the end (2 months before exam) it's advisable that you take off from job and focus completely on preparation.

Don't worry.
You can modify the time table according to your own sleeping pattern.
It usually helps to wake up early, but if you can't then no problem.
