I desire to draft a pattern such as your tutorial, But, I measured the client's shoulder length from neck to arm joint, I did not measure shoulder to shoulder. I was trying not to ask her to travel back to me, can I use the universal measurement of 14 inches? I have noticed that you used 15 inches. I watched another tutorial that used 14 as well, should I do 14.5? Any suggestions?
