- In Sick Cylinders, Oswald is planning to go on a date with Ortensia, but he is faced with some technical difficulties of his car. Which he and Ortensia are not very pleased off.

Honestly I am not sure, I read it was originally rediscovered as a silent print. So I don´t know
It was originally released supposedly with sound but the sound version is lost in fact all the Winkler/Mintz sound Oswald shorts are either lost or only survived as silent prints.
The reason is that the sound was from "Koko's Storm" released in 1925.
Fact: this is the first non lost oswald the lucky rabbit with sound it just isn't the original soundtrack but the first oswald cartoon to actually have sound is" hen fruit" a sadly lost oswald the lucky rabbit Winkler short.

this vid proves to us that universal recycle scenes, made Oswald more grumpy, give us the intention that ortencia would dump him for any rich guy, there are some good things about this, the animation, the romance and Oswald ability to manipulate reality
The recycled animation is common at that time. The rest of the cartoon is funny, even though I don't like that trait of dumping your boyfriend for his car or something not working etc....
