This course looks like a dream come true, reminds me TON of the local course, Standing Rocks in Stevens Point Wisconsin. Elevation, trees, it's basically a midwest version of this place!
Great coverage. Thanks for providing such awesome videos of the players everyone wants to see. Doesn't even matter that the audio was messed up on this. Love your commentary and just the overall way you present each video you post. Really appreciate all the work you guys put in.
+Disc Golf Nerd Well it is not in effect unless the TD decides so. Never in effect in any tournament Ive heard of outside the US. It just adds a more random outcome on most courses if in use. Nothing good about it if you ask me. Glad I don't have to deal with it.
+Disc Golf Nerd I like the 2-meter rule. It makes players think twice before avoiding the fairway entirely and merely throwing as high and as far as they can and thus removing all strategy and subtlety in course design. It adds risk just like water or any ob. You can go high, sure. You just get some risk with it now too. Nothing's free. It makes the game more interesting and forces you to be careful or take the risk/reward that goes with it. I see nothing wrong with 2-meter rule any more than I do with all penalties and hazards.
+Sketto8 I think for me it is less the rule itself and more the fact that it is only a rule if the TD decides to use it. I am generally not a fan of fluctuating rules. Either its a penalty or its not. Also don't really like that your disc could get caught up randomly in a tree and it could cost you a stroke when 9 times out of 10 the disc would have fell out. I hear ya tho.
+Sketto8 so we should punish players that can throw far just because they can? Where is the logic in that? Not everybody can throw the big power shots.
I think it's perfect the way it is. It's a rule that's designed to only be used when needed. If you wanted to, you could chuck every single disc into the air and avoid just about everything that makes DeLa a great course. The 2 meter rule forces guys to play the course. Winthrop, on the other hand, is mostly open. Playing high is irrelevant. Thus, the rule isn't needed there. There's a reason course rules are always posted. Gotta suck it up and play the course.
I agree. Artificial OB is literally the worst. Other than the fact that there's not really any room for a gallery, I think the DeLa is the best course in the world.
+Brandon Wilson If your disc gets stuck in a tree/bush/whatever 2 meters above the ground or higher, then you mark beneath the disc and take a one stroke penalty. Anything below 2 meters is not a penalty stroke.
Pretty poor editing, cutting off putts before the release, missing drives off the tee only to show randomly where they land with little to no context. Very disconected.
Word to Mother! Love watching disc golf at De La. Keep up the good work.
Wow! Great to finally see a drone view of hole 12 guyz! Many thanks!!!
Loved the end of video drone footage. Nice touch.

Great video guys, audio was low for some reason, but it's totally fine. I loved it
Dylan Evans looks like Ricky Wysocki...they must be related somehow.
Cannot hear the audio...
Dylan has the same throw style as Ricky, kinda fun to watch!
Don't forget to double check the levels guys
Great stuff, hope you can boost the audio and re-upload!
Audio is really low!
18:20 Nate using the force
Great footage. Something went wrong with audio.. can't hear commentary with device at max volume.
It takes CZcams a bit to put it at a higher speed
Paul on 16 was a thunderbird
Is it my phone or is the volume low on this?
Great vidoe as usual guys! Was it just me or was their commentary audio super low?
2 meter rule is obnoxious. I see no need for it. But PDGA should really decide one way or the other on it.

Hole 19 shows Paul and Doss -1 but it looks like a Star Par, did I miss something?
Hey, are those trees the ones they used in The Wizard of OZ?
Nice video, but volume of audio has a problem - I had to use earbuds at full volume on everything to hear the commentary ...
Does Dylan putt with McPros? Kinda looked like it but hard to tell
Commentary volume?!
5:45 Dylan didn't get a bog on hole 13? He parred but his score goes up.
Ah but Dylan bogies the next hole and it's marked as a par so the score evens out. All good
only 360p?
Audio loses it's sync around Hole 18. Great work though.
Can't hear a thing...
commentary is delayed by several seconds
thanks for being 'you' CCDG. all of you. I think I might be falling in love with you...
I'm kinda new to disc golf. what is the 2 meter rule?
if your disc comes to rest two meters above the ground you take a penalty stroke and shoot from directly beneath your disc.
+Brandon Wilson If your disc gets stuck in a tree/bush/whatever 2 meters above the ground or higher, then you mark beneath the disc and take a one stroke penalty. Anything below 2 meters is not a penalty stroke.
+Brandon Wilson A stupid rule. Usually does not come into play though.
Pretty poor editing, cutting off putts before the release, missing drives off the tee only to show randomly where they land with little to no context.
Very disconected.
I think nate sexton is a really good player but he just had bad luck.
can't hear shit
