The verse 'Ndiani Hamayangu' is a verse by the Holy Spirit asking EVERYONE 'whom amongst all of you is my relative'. In other words, who truly believes or who is representing heaven in their words and deeds/actions. Who is an ANGEL? That's what the Holy Spirit is asking. Also, within the verse, the Holy Spirit is STATING that the people will deny it just like it happened during the days of Noah. We are told that other than Noah's family, only the animals were saved.
