Thanks. Great video. Can i install the Manfrotto 323 base plate on top of the RSC2? I use Manfrotto 200PL plates in all my cameras and tripods, so it would be nice not to be able to use this plate and not the arca swiss.

Hi! What sort of type of tripod mount do I need for the plate provided by dji (the part you install on the camera in order to atach it to the gimbal ) ? I have an Rsc2. Is it the Arca Swiss mount or something else? Thanks

i''ve been using the Ronin SC with my GH5s in various filming condition for the past year, got beat up a lot but still able to hold up strong. Today i've just bought the SC2, one of the best film gear i ever purchase, solid, quiet and do the trick. Highly recommend this gimbal for lightweight camera setup.

@@DJITutorials hello, I just bought the ronin rsc 2 pro combo and I have the canon 80 d. I have a issue that camera is not autofocusing while on RSC 2. I have to do it manually with the front dial of the RSC 2. camera and the lens is on AF. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP? Thank You!

Hello there , I was thinking of buying a rsc2 myself to help my music video production , I can’t find the answer anywhere but I was wondering if the Rsc2 is able to handle the Canon 90D with the original lens it comes with which is a 18 - 135 Mm lens , I looked online and it says it can support up to 6Lbs and the camera with the lens is only about 730g which is 1.609 pounds , do you think it’s okay for me to use ? @DJI Please can we have 5 M button options instead of 3 please on the next RSC-2 firmware update. 3 is not enough as I have them set to PF, PTF and FPV, but need 2 more for TF and LOCK. We need to be able to have a lock option that stays on incase we are using the gimbal on an extension stick etc. Please can we have this update... it will make it the perfect Gimbal!
Is this all functions and hardware that you get upon purchase? Or is this the purchase of RSC2 ‘Pro Combo’
I’m purchasing one now, but was planning to get the Raveneye at a later date, and just buy the RSC2 now, but for some reason, they don’t sell the ‘pro combo’ separately like they do with the minim3s fly more kit.
Anyone with any knowledge, do you think it’s plenty of gimbal for me if I’m to buy the rac2, NOT with the ‘pro combo?
Only reason is, I’m guna order it at the same time as my mini 3, so am a bit weary of how much I’m spending.
I could always get the Raveneye at a later date. How vital has it been/is it to your workflow!

One question, I balance the ronin rsc2 perfectly, but when I touch the jostick, I get in l apk the error "Error jostick, calibrate the jostick, and restart the stabilizer".
But I don't know how to calibrate the jostick ☹️Do you know how to do it?

Hi there, the switch locks of the axes do not need to be locked after balance and during use. The locking knobs need to be tightened to the lock postion. Hope this is informative for you.

For some reason Ronin doesn't take photo on A7iii when I am pressing Camera control button. I can take photos when pressing shutter on camera but would be more convenient to do it as it's supposed to work
Hello, if you are using the USB-C cable, then it does not support capturing photo when you using it with the Ronin SC2. Please use the Sony Multi cable to achieve that, thank you.

Hi!! My rsc 2 reverses often - the camera gets upside down and then very difficult to bring it back - apart from briefcase mode but otherwise when it’s even brought to its home position the camera is still upside down. Is this common? How to correct this.
*It didn't explained how to get to the upside down position. Just showed at the beginning quick clip :(*

① First, press thee dial at the left side and then enter Tacking Setting - Portrait mode, then choose the mode you want.
②Please check whether you have switch on Disable the Gimbal Portrait Mode in DJI Ronin App? Please check through DJI Ronin App- Status- Setting. If yes, please turn off and retry the step1.
Has anyone's power button ever actually gotten jammed when pressing it in??? I couldn't even turn off the gimbal when it happened. It literally got pushed into the device. Had to get mine replaced, luckily it was within the 14 day return period.

Guys, can anybody tell me how to switch of totally roll? I can send it to 0 via DJI software. I can send to as low as +5 only. But, not to 0.Better, if this is stupid roll will be switched off because of horizon. Every time I get unstable horizon. This is similar if I'm on the boat.
I tried switch off movements via DJI android application. But I can set 5 as low value, not zero.

Hi, I have a wonder about my camera Nikon D7100 and Gimbal DJI Ronin RS 2. First it should be added that I am new in this world with Gimbals. I have been watching CZcams for a very long time on this topic, I have come to the conclusion that Ronin RS and Ronin RS2 are good, and Combi is a good option for these. My Nikon D7100 has 2 lenses, First is Nikon DX VR, Nikkor 18-140mm, 1: 35-56 GED. The other is the Nikon DX, AF's Nikkor, 18-55, 1: 35-56 GED. There is also a Wirless Adapter for D7100, WU-1a. There is also Cable UC-E6 USB for this. What kind of lenses would you recommend using or maybe buying a new lens that is better than the others? The last question is, which microphone is good to buy?

you can't use the additional focus wheel on the RSC2, even though it's working on the RS2, the Ronin S and even the Ronin SC. So, in that point, you are downgrading when choosing the newer RSC2 instead of the Ronin SC.

@@duyhungphannguyen3049 there are supposed to be contacts on the side where you attach the focus wheel, so that the wheel is fully integrated. those contacts are missing on the rsc2

@@duyhungphannguyen3049 you can use it to pull focus, but there are reasons why you would want to have a focus wheel attached on the side

I NEED HELP!! when i use the gimble, you can tell im walking. its bumpy footage. what do i do?? is it a balancing problem?
A few factors come to play: 1. You need to learn how to properly "gimbal-walk" if you are not walking super smoothly, your footage won't be either. 2. Make sure it is perfectly balanced 3. make sure to unlock all axis of the gimbal before turning it on 4. Go into menu to play with settings, use "auto-tune feature" etc... if all above still does not help, you might want to call DJI, maybe defective unit ?
This doesn’t work and mine won’t go into 360 roll mode. Any idea why?

В условиях идеальной калибровки механизм работает в предельной нагрузке, особенно ось панорамирования, при наклонах заваливается горизонт. Жаль потраченных денег, а они немалые. Лучше бы добавил и купил rs2.

I bought this gimbal a month ago and just recently started noticing that the horizon level is off. i went into the app and went into the horizon calibration settings and that still did not fix my problem. anyone else have this happen to them?
Hi there, we are sorry to read about the issue, please check the following steps to see if these help to optimize your case.
1) Please confirm the firmware version of the gimbal, it is recommended to use the latest firmware version;
2) Ensure that the mechanical balance of the gimbal has been adjusted, check the Ronin APP three-axis power value, and ensure that the three-axis power value is within ±5, and then perform Auto Tune;
3) Restore Gimbal Parameters in the Ronin APP system status, perform system calibration, and perform horizontal calibration;
4) Carry out the roll axis joint angle calibration, the method is as follows:
Before calibration, please complete the above three steps, turn on the camera virtual horizon. If the camera does not have a virtual horizon, it is recommendedto place the gimbal on level ground, point the camera at the place where there is a horizontal or vertical reference line in front and turn on the camera Gridlines/coordinate lines are used as reference. Then:
A. Set the front Dial function to Roll, adjust roll angle until the camera virtual horizon shows the horizontal state; Or
Select Advanced-Horiz Calibration-Tune Manually, adjust roll angle until the camera virtual horizon shows the horizontal state;
B. Enter the Ronin APP Motor Parameter page, click more parameters, long press the Joint Angle icon for 6 seconds, the Offset Calibration prompt appears, click OK. Double click the trigger button to return to the center after the calibration is complete, check whether the roll axis of the gimbal is restored to the level. Restart the gimbal to check again.

Why aren’t the folks at Ronin addressing all of the battery failures??? I have a brand new Ronin M and both batteries don’t work. They turn on, but shut off right away and they don’t charge up! Ronin: fix this problem!!! There’s tons of videos or people trying to fix this, including taking them apart and hacking a fix. Why isn’t Ronin recalling these ‘intelligent’ batteries that don’t work???

@@DJITutorials still nothing from support! Why doesn't DJI fix this problem??! All they have to do is make a battery that actually works. Or, offer a fix for people to send in batteries to be fixed.
