1st Timothy 2:5 actually proves that Jesus is God and Man. By default in the bible; Jesus is God and Man. This is the reason why it needed to specify that "the Man Christ Jesus" is the Mediator between God and men. The "God Christ Jesus" can not; because it is God. Otherwise, if Jesus is only a Man; it would have just say "It is Christ Jesus" instead of "the Man Christ Jesus."
