- I WAS THERE TO MOW Her LAWN, For FREE, But ENDED UP BEING A TRASH REMOVALIST!
I mowed her front lawn, then I came back and mowed the back lawn. There was a pile of trash built up on the side of the house that had been there for some time. It was an eyesore really. I couldn't leave all that rubbish up the side of her house. So I suggested doing a council cleanup and she organized it and I worked in with that. It was dirty, smelly, and moldy, but I got in there and had a go and got it out the front ready for pick up. Now I can finally move on to the next one. 100% it's one thing not having a mower or tools but really no excuse for letting trash build up, encouraging vermin and pests. The kids need to take pride in their home and garden, help out their mum.
@@lornaalexander2524 In my previous video I mow her backyard and in the video before that, I mow her front yard. She told me her teenage son does the lawns but he was injured. So, I came along at the right time.

Major mental help for the lady who lives there, no more worry about all that "stuff" When you get older or disabled things like weigh on your mind & often help is very hard to find. You are doing a great service! I loved the swing set removal, "where there's a will ,there's a way"!
Yes, she was overwhelmed by my help. She told me she was crying inside her house. Sometimes it takes a little help for someone to get on top of things again.

Thank you. Well, I guess I told her I would take care of it and not to worry. Her oldest son had been injured in an accident so he was ruled out and I guess she was looking after her younger children. Anyway, it's done now so she has a clean yard to work with.

Why didn't the children help move the rubbish to the curbside
I just told her I would take care of it. Her son was nursing an injury and I didn't want to trouble her young girls.

Thanks very much. Yes, my gloves would have got water-soaked very quickly I think. Glad I'm finished. Those clothes baskets were cheap and they kept breaking, so she went and bought new ones. So I utilized them.

The council where I live would never allow me or anybody else to leave rubbish like that on the naturestrip, let alone pick it up, I'm envious of what some council's do for thier citizens.

Same with our council where I live in Tasmania. Our council has a hard waste pickup a couple of times a year which you pay around $10 for and you have to register it. The woman in the household should be putting her general waste in the bins provided , recycle and general waste which is usually picked up weekly. Shame on her for allowing it to build up like that. Those kids look old enough to at least put the rubbish in the bin.
She should have hired a skip for all that filthy rubbish.
Yes, they tell you to put it out the night before. That is so no one else dumps their stuff on top.

Well the council took all the rubbish so didn't need to pay $400 plus dollars for a large skip bin this time.

Good man for helping this lady, I've been there done that, as a single mum for many years with no help & long work hours (although mine was in a shed) kids old toys & clothes mount up & before you know it this can be the result. Once mine grew up I could finally get rid of box loads of happy toys 🤣 So good on you mate 👍

When I first saw the rubbish I thought that I should move it to clean the backyard property. I mentioned to her about a council cleanup and she told a few days later she booked one. I then only needed to get the rubbish to the kerb. Yes, thankfully I survived it

Council took it all in one go except for the metal frames. Another truck came another day and took the recyclable steel. No idea why it was kept so long.
