    Many of our lifestyle disorders can have strong connections to nutritional deficiencies. Did you know that studies say almost 90% of the population has Omega-3 deficiency, 70% has vitamin D deficiency and more than 60% has magnesium deficiency. In this video we look at how deficiencies can be identified and how we can come out of these. We also take a look at the role of dietary, nutritional supplements.
    Dr. Manjunath Sukumaran is a Functional Health Coach, the Chief facilitator and the Founder of Harmony Wellness Concepts. After a successful career in veterinary clinical service for 12 years he rerouted his career to human nutrition and health coaching. A graduate of Institute of Integrative Nutrition, New York, he has trained thousands of people in Nutrition, Fitness, and Wellness. He is certified by The Institute of Functional Medicine, Cleveland in 'Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice' and also a member of International Association of Health Coaches. He is currently pursuing his Masters in Public Health from Kerala University of Health Sciences

    Sir.. Your videos are very informative. Can you do a video about how good is rice bran oil? Because nowadays some mouth marketing business are promoting these type of cooking oil. They're discouraging the use of coconut oil. But we are so attached to coconut oil.

    I avoid rice, sugar, maida, drinks and bakery.
    Regularly take calcium and protein rich food, leafy vegetables, egg and 3litter water.
    At present by the grace of God I have no any health issue.
    I take Mugnesium and vitamin D Tab. I am 48 years old.

      I had and still have the same problem, I was identified vitamin d deficient, took shots, but now also stay in sun for 20 min, gets heat stroke symptoms. No idea what to do, all they can suggest is use umbrellas
