The dandiest and most dapper food critic in all of Oz, Matt Preston has become possibly the most widely known reviewer of all things food in the country.
As a judge on the hit series MasterChef, Matt has shown Australia not only his dazzling wardrobe of cravats and scarves but also a dizzying knowledge of food and whats going to cut the mustard in commercial kitchens across the globe. Matt has written and reviewed for a number of the most prestigious publications in Australia and the UK, and his dozen years of experience as a reviewer has seen him pretty much eat his way around the world. man i used to not like this guy cause i hated the way he looked but after getting into masterchef, this dude cracks me the fuck up. ill never forget how he dropped aaron's plate in season 2. i had a good hard laugh in that episode cause it was unexpected as fuck

@boltaction001 So you're bashing on Matt Preston because he has harsh criticism on food, and that there are people in other countries dying for ANY food? Look, we take pride in our food culture. Matt helps celebrate something that makes people happy. Sure, its awful that people are starving elsewhere. But we shouldn't stop endorsing things that make us happy just because others are suffering for other reasons. That makes no sense.
