Hello, I have noticed that the fall was caused by the activation of the rear brake, in fact you can see that the rear brake has come out of its position and that is why the bicycle has stopped you, I recommend changing the brake for another brand or the most and the best possibility is to install a disc brake (an adapter is needed for that, it is a little complicated but you can find how to do it on the Internet) I hope this comment helps to no one else get hurt. At least the damage is material (Better that the bike break's , that a person get hurt). Bests regards.

@@denisactionwheels7315 man... that´s a very unlucky fall due components failure. Never had any problem with my qicycle. Maybe the bolt was a bit loose and that´s why it fell or it broke? Best of luck!

Probably cut off, the metal is probably of poor quality. Hiaomi Qicycle is an order of magnitude better than Himo C20: czcams.com/video/MT58qHN-soU/video.html, but still failed so unexpectedly)
