I think if nick dipped the ball bearings in uv resin first his project might have turned out better
The way you made the barrels is really clever! Before watching I just kind of assumed you'd 3D print them but I think arguably it looks a lot better than if you did.

The resin shrinks as it dries. And she's getting sunken upstairs. When it dries, I add a piece to make it even

When you mentioned your 3D printer in the description, I assumed you'd 3D Print the Barrels. Which, you could absolute sell these as miniature stuff for TTRPGs. You got the mold, you could do the sand & Paint as an upcharge. Turn a cozy profit off etsy.

Interesting Diorama project. I have a scene that I am working on for my BW project that is similar. However my look is a lot different.
I was expecting a bit of glow effect. The pond glow in the dark a little bit and the toxic from the barreally even stronger glow in the chemicals coming out of the barrels. I think that would really give a next level effect for next time. Over all though Nice Diorama concept. Good job.

Wondering if you ever keep your home made molds? And can you give me advice? I have a bowl made out of silicone that looks like a splashing milk splat. Do you think I can make a mold of it if I coat it in mold release? I prefer to make it shiny, so I could, perhaps, coat it in uv resin, but not sure if that would work. What do you think? I love your toxic puddle.
It stores its forms. If the bowl is made of silicone, you can use it as a mold
