True she helps Maxwell with his business, but Maxwell himself said that nobody else besides him would ever hire her, and she has said without this job she's nothing, which puts her professional skills into question. She claims to be Maxwell's business partner, but she seems to function more like a security or personal assistant, and even thoughts skills and her effectiveness usually seem to be questionable to mediocre at best. C.C. only puts Fran down because she envious and miserable. 😢
