Holy cow, that Ball Lightning/Scroll play was hard to watch. Yes, you are technically giving up a turn of Scroll damage. But the Ball Lightning is guaranteed seven damage(6+1 from City of Brass). That line is only correct if the game is going to go super long-like if you had lifegain, and not much of a clock, it might be correct. And in some circumstances there is the argument for leaving a Cursed Scroll up-like against another red deck in a similar spot you might leave Scroll up to kill THEIR Ball Lightning.
