With a gymnastics bar, you do not use gloves, you use grips they are things that protect your calluses. And chalk also helps. Hope that helps with your problems!❤😊

This will help!! For a gymnastics bar, you would usually use grips, but grips are expensive and used for advanced tricks. Those gloves might work but be careful, she might slip. I would try some tape. And tape it like a grip would be put on. Before I learned my advanced tricks I always used tape because at my gym we went aloud to used grips until you got your kip. But tape will help. Just like I guess medical tape. It will also help her not get too many blisters. Hope this helps!! I love your channel! 🩷🩷

My mom was always the best at decorating. For party he's or being the class. Mom for my parties at school on the 1st day of school. She would always make us a surprise and have it waiting when we got home. And I'm telling you what those are some of the best memories I have as a child. Myla will remember this for years to come.

Wrong type of straps for the bars as I did gymnastics for 15 years won Scottish and British and I used bike hand warmers and I got excluded from the round as they are called dowel grips and they stop friction burns , blisters , cutting your palms open and better strengthening for grip x
