In HI3 he is a part of a group of 7 swordsmen who killed their master Fu Hua 500 years before actual story (in medieval).
Sushang was a daughter of one of these 7 swordsmen. After these events she went into cryosleep for 500 years. So in HI3 Ma Yanqing is dead and Li Sushang has huge boobs.

1:27 is HI3's Otto that used Luocha as his alias and carrying a young and unconscious Sushang who was injured from her fight with Ma Yanqing (I think), whom was a former disciple of Fu Hua that also successfully rebelled and "killed" Fu Hua with the rest of the 7 disciples.
The injured Sushang was a child of the youngest of the 7 disciples who was tricked to marry a guy that was after her school's martial art secrets.

Then again, HSR Bronya is also very un-Bronya-like with how uncertain she is so I guess it's a matter of being more of a loose reference than an actual copy of the source.
@@abadenoughdude300 These characters may look similar but belong to completely different worlds. Look at silverwolf for example. She's a version of Bronya too but she's completely different from any of the other Bronyas that we know. Bronie is a similar case

They do belong to separate worlds, but they do have a lot in common, sometimes its more personality, and others its only appearance. And some are nothing like their counterparts. For example, Natasha is SO MUCH DIFFERENT than the Natasha in HI3

In Honkai Impact, she use the name "Raven" instead of her actual name "Natasha" under the World Serpent. You can google Raven and compare her to the Belobog version of her which is of course Natasha and you will find similiarity in looks and their shtick for taking care of orphans.

In Honkai Impact 3 young Natasha was looking the same as Cocolia. She was blonde girl with purple eyes. Jackal's experiment turned her hair grey and eyes red.
In Honkai Gakuen 2 Natasha was Cocolia's daugther and also looked like small Cocolia. She died and Otto created her clone Ninti.
In HI3 they never mentioned that Natasha is Cocolia's daugher, even though they are from the same place. Natasha was rescued by Cecilia and Cocolia escaped with baby Bronya and her mother.
There is light cone in Star Rail "Under the Blue Sky" which shows 2 girls, one looks exactly like Bronya, and another like young Natasha. And they are called sisters. There is the possibility that they are blood related sisters and daughters of Cocolia in HSR.

Luocha is more than likely void archives so technically speaking it's not Otto void archives can just take an appearance that resembles Otto. You can read it in the alien space Manga for honkai impact it also describes why welt came from impact to star rail universe

@@hirololisuko1486 I believe Luocha is VA because he's an Imaginary-type like Welt. Imaginary-type characters have powers beyond the universe's logic like Welt summoning a dying star. HI3 Otto has no abilities and was a normal scientist, so presumably Luocha is VA because of his abilities that could fix/heal any form of matter like the android. Luocha is also carrying around a coffin containing a dead person whom he met once and never told us who it was, which could be assumed as the real Luocha and VA just took on his form.
