Just completed the break-in period and so far the unit is operating perfectly czcams.com/users/postUgkxOTeIs0vv4_9B5hsmnLsk9r930uDQLu_Y . I was amazed by just how quiet this little guy is. I kept having to walk down the driveway to the generator to make sure it was still running. In fact, the most annoying noise coming from the set-up is a high-pitched chirping coming from the pressure regulator on the propane line. I suppose it's possible my other propane-powered generator's pressure regulator is making the same noise, but the generator itself is so loud I've never noticed it. Build quality so far is excellent. My only nit is the service panel is a little tricky to remove. I feel like I might break off one of the plastic tabs when bending it back. I probably just need to work out the technique, so will not hold it against Champion.Next week I intend to fully load the unit to charge a large battery pack and will update this review if there's any problem (3000W continuous load vs a rated 3100W capacity while using propane). Absent any trouble there, I'm 100% pleased with this purchase.

Jasic are bloody good machines, I've a mma/tig inverter, best inverter I've used, really clean welding and auto arc force make it idiot proof.

My experience is within a certain price range all these Chinese machines use many of the same components and have essentially the same performance. The difference mainly being different bells and whistles that different users may prefer.
I had a Miller Sidekick for 30 years and it worked as good when I sold it as it did when new. It had to go because it was heavy.
I've used both the YesWelder 205DS versions. These welders perform as good as the Sidekick with more capability and more fine tuning adjustment if you prefer. Or use the Synergic function that I've found to be pretty spot on as I weld different thicknesses when doing a single project. Adjust amperage and to the wire speed close of very close to spot on.
Pretty sure the Stahlwerk Machine is manufactured in Germany and has been in business for nearly 25 years, or at least according to they information available on the their website... do you know of anyone having experiences with this company?

This welding business is a wholesale business and you get what you ordered. Here in GER e.g. is a seller who always goes for bigger negative clamps ans cables.
BUT: There can be also a difference in software/firmware. And this can make a HUGE difference w/o a difference in manufacturer costs.

NO it is not! It is "designed in GER" - which just = to I want to order those welder in white color.
This business is just 15km from my parents home town - they do just sales amd MKT over there.
But they do very good MKT, as we can see on your comment.
btw: I own a CT250 (or so). Wanted to start TIG, but gave up and thought I am too dumb. So I bought a PL MIG/MAG one. 1 year later I tried a TIG mashine from a friend and that worked nicely. Also the plasma cutter worked badly / hardly. On WIG vs. 3mm steel there was no welding under 160A (on 240V)
So we can assume: DOA (=dead on arrival) These have 5 year warrenty to I have 3 left to bring it back. 2-times Plasma, 8 times WIG, 12 times MMA - 2 years in the shed.

You should be talking and giving us the information about the machines and their settings, plus your observations as a welder on which you think is the best/ any down falls/ problems you experienced? This really shows us nothing other than they work in experienced hands.

I make videos without any opinion. So you can make your own. These machines have similar and also different functions and settings. You should get a rough picture of what each machine is capable of. Some have big displays, remote control, plasma cutter, 4wheel wire feed... others have more weld setting parameters (pre, post flow, spot weld functions...). It depends on your needs, what will you choose.

That's really sad... Some of the features that are available would greatly benefit DIY folks and perhaps even industry in the USA. Sad to see lobbying result in suppression of technological improvements.
These are machines made to work on household plugs, single phase. I think the amp limit implyed by the 110V don't allow for this type of machines.

Arccaptain MIG200 for sure, and if you would like a more professional machine with PFC and a remote control then take the Jasic MIG

It depends on different factors. What would you be using it for? Do you want a simple machine with good user experience or the one with the most settings? I don't do reviews because I don't want to make a decission instead of you. These videos are informative and you should get a rough picture of what each machine is capable of.
