South Devon Railway 'BR(W) Branch Line Weekend' - Sunday 14th February 2016

The South Devon Railway’s regular 9 day February Half Term branch line event took a strong western region theme from Saturday 13th until Sunday 21st February 2016. 2 guest locomotives were hired for the event in the form of 1450 from the Severn Valley Railway and 4612 from the Bodmin & Wenford Railway.
The weekend of the 13th/14th February saw a BR(W) branch line theme with 4 steam locomotives in service that were all once preserved at the railway which featured on a variety of passenger and goods trains.
Locomotives in service on 13th/14th February were -
|GWR 14xx Class No 1450 (From the Severn Valley Railway)
|GWR 1366 Class No 1369 (Repainted in BR Black with Early Crest)
|GWR 64xx Class No 6412
|GWR 2251 Class No 3205
|BR Class 04 No D2246

Probably a bit chilly on the Dart this time of year, but nice shots, particularly around Staverton. Nice to see the 04 shunter being given a run as well.
