That laughing would drive me nuts. I like his face, his costume, the pitchfork and the floating appearance, but man, he needs some good phrases and some type of lighting. I think the eyes really needed to be backlit, and some type of LEDs to illuminate him as a whole, otherwise he'll disappear in the dark. I feel like with this one, they almost had it, but didn't quite nail the landing.

I like how he appears to float. I can't stand the laugh. I would turn the volume off and just let him do the movement. He is OK, but not great since the ones you have done so far have been really good.

Can you guys tell me if and how he shortens down because I notice on his box it says 7.9 is his tallest point
No he does not shorten. It just means that at the highest point, the top of the pitchfork, it is 7.9 feet tall. The Scarecrow itself is not that tall.
