All opinions are my own. Some links are affiliate to make shopping convenient for you. This doesn't increase cost & helps support my channel so I can keep reviewing the products you want to see. I truly appreciate your support of my channel if you choose to use them! -xo - Jak na to + styl
Personally for me, when you have redness it is very helpful for me to see how it would on me. So showing redness days is often very useful for quite a few people ❤
Love when you do these type of videos! Thank you for sharing ❤
Can’t wait to see a new concealer ranking video!
I REALLY enjoy your reviews. And I absolutely LOVE your Amazon finds too. Thank you!😊
I love your foundation round ups. Thank you for your honest review of expensive products like the Prada one. That’s what I came here looking for and you didn’t disappoint
Hey Stephanie! It's so nice to have you to guide us through the jungle of makeup products! I've given up on traditional foundations for the most part due to unreasonably moody rosacea. I've learned to make changes one at a time, and to use any new makeup or skincare product for at least a week - longer for skincare items - before I decide whether it stays in my collection. So it's great to have you doing these tryons and reviews as a full-time job. I do so appreciate the balance you provide in between the hype I hear on some other channels. So thank you for your time and effort in general, and for giving information that usually isn't revealed elsewhere.
You and Stephanie may want to try Castor oil to help with your rosacea, it is very soothing and healing.
Great video as always Stephanie! Would be good to see a video with your top serum foundations ❤❤
Thanks Stephanie for the demos on the variety of foundations.
Thank you Stephanie! Surprising ingredients especially with the Prada. Appreciate the breakdown.
Yes I love your round ups. You are truly one of the best for reviews. You really try them all and are honest ! Thank you for telling us about the shades
Thank you! 😘
Im 59 and i enjoy the elf camo!
I think a lot of things also depend where you live…. I live in the southwest… vs if you live in a humid climate things will be very different in the coverage of all these make ups! I went to florida years ago when i got engaged we went to disneyworld… i had never been to florida… i was shocked at how i looked while i was there…. My makeup was horrible…
Not being familiar with that climate… my makeup that i brought from the southwest… did not fare well. I think climate has a huge impact.
Huge impact! I have different foundations for Minnesota and for FL. Totally different climates needs different foundations/ primers/spf.
Absolutely! Thats something I always point out because it makes a big difference!
Nice review! I was especially interested in the CoverGirl and it’s important to know how it works with dry patches. The purple lid CoverGirl Olay is one of my favorites and I might repurchase that one instead of the new one. It takes me a long time to get through foundations and I want to know what to expect before I buy. Thank you for the great notes!😊
I love love love your foundation round ups 😍.
I’m turning 60 this year ( woot!😊) and have normal to dry skin with minimal texture. I just yesterday picked up the new CoverGirl and I love it lol. I kept looking at my skin all day and was like “ damn girl - looking good “ heeheehee. I’m going to wear it to work today and that will be the real test lol - full day with 25 kinder kids and a lot of outdoor play!
I love trying new foundations and will definitely be adding a few of these to my list but my number one is still Haus Labs ☺️
Have a beautiful week💕
Xo 🇨🇦
your skin (and everything else) looks so healthy and pretty! both with and without makeup! than you for this helpful video 😍
Love this video! You are the second influencer that has tried the polite society foundation and loved it. I think I am going to try it! Looks beautiful on you!
Yes! I agree with you on ELF's foundation. I thought I was the only one. Good review. THX
Nothing has beat my NARS Light Reflecting foundation … I am so glad I tried that one last Fall Sephora sale bc of the tremendous amounts of recommendations … I got a sample tried it on and could not stop looking at my skin … it is perfection… yesterday I wore it for over 12 hours and it was still perfect it just gets better and better melting and meshing with my skin … could not be happier!!!! I wish they could make a more mattifying version of it bc I do get shiny in some areas … great reviews!!! Thanks!!!! 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍
Me too.. and Hourglass Ambient Soft Glow. Have you tried the Ciele Tint & Protect? Loving it too ❤
@@jann3443will either one work well with oily skin and wrinkles? Thanks
See that’s the one I want to try. My daughter did and it was pretty. If you prefer a consistent look you should try L’Oréal Age Perfect serum. It’s literally the only foundation I’ve found that has lasting consistency on all areas of my face and includes SPF for an extremely reasonable price. It’s cheap as a foundation and no need for an underlying SPF nor powder; no primer needed either though they do offer one and the same line.
NARS next on my list, I’m 62, and have had several strokes, my right side is good, however, my left side is dropping with deeper lines, currently using Yensa, combo to dry and redness
How is it on texture? And longevity?
Stephanie, thanks for testing and sharing these foundations! Being 50+, I find my skin giving me new challenges I never had before. Also living in south Louisiana, it's so hard to find foundations and makeup that can deal with the high humidity, rain, etc. I'm going to give the Polite Society foundation a try! I'm new to your channel. Have you done any product testing on best products to tame frizzy hair in high humidity? I'd love to see one. It seems everything I try doesn't quite live up to the hype.
I think this roundup has definitely helped me make the decision to try the About Face foundation (as soon as I get through at least one of the foundations that I currently have in rotation). Foundation has always been one type of makeup that I always want to try out every time a new one is released, so I have so many foundations that I bought, tried and didn’t really like and a few that are my holy grails. Chanel foundations always work well on my skin, but they are so expensive and it would be so awesome if I found a more budget friendly brand that would work just as well. I’ve seen quite a few content creators saying that they really like the About Face, but I’ve been wary to try it out because of my skin type. But now that I’ve seen you try it and like it I’m really excited to buy it next! Thanks for your thorough reviews!
I just love your roundups. Thanks for sharing your reviews. Oh that last one didn't sound good at all.
Thank you for being here for us !
Thanks for watching!
I’m in such a foundation rut right now. My combo skin has hated pretty much every foundation I’ve tried lately. The original Dior Backstage Face & Body was my HG & I finally ran out of it after savoring it for so long. It’s so annoying they’ve reformulated it to just be so average & less long wearing. Thank you for such thorough reviews! They are saving me some money & time in my journey to find my new HG foundation 😅.
I love these foundation roundups! I 100% had the same issue with the Cover Girl. It smelled like alcohol to me too! Also emphasized dryness. Was curious about the About Face, now I want to try it! Thanks I always trust your honest opinions. ❤
Hi Stephanie! Thanks for the review, I was considering the Prada foundation but think I'll save my pennies! ❤
Thank you for sharing ❤ Very useful 😊
Enjoyed the review and was good yo have the review on the Prada foundation...it was helpful 😊
This is one of my favorite reviews: foundation for mature skin!! Yes, please! I still LOVE my Hourglass Ambient Soft Glow & Nars Light Reflecting foundations and the new Ciele Tint and Protect skin tint. Best coverage in a skin tint and still feels like nothing is there. These are my 3 top go-tos. I tried the Prada foundation. Could not find a decent shade match, the scent was off putting and I didn't like the way it looked. To hear that the sunscreen is chemical and there's alcohol in it are 2 big red flags🚩🚩 in my book. I should try the Polite Society foundation again. I didn't get a good shade match and I thought it was terribly heavy feeling. Perhaps I used too much 🤷🏼
You highlight a very real problem here with shade labeling, & I've wondered if other customers have caught on to it. Many brands (e.g., KVD, ELF, Clinique refers to half or more of their entire shade range as some version of "Fair," Polite Society, Morphe, Dior, Smashbox, Juvia's Place, etc.) have done away with the Light-Medium category/label altogether & also shift their shade *names* down - but not the shades.
Now people who are "Light" have to move down to Very Fair or Fair, Medium-Deeps are re-categorized as Mediums or Light-Medium. It's inconvenient & totally unnecessary relabeling/mislabeling, to say the least. Shade ranges can & have been expanded without doing this. Reminds me of vanity sizing, & frankly the implications are problematic. Thank you for speaking on this.
Thank you for a great in depth review. I am always interested in your reactions to foundations; whether drugstore or high end. Good to know about the new Covergirl one. I have no interest in spending money on the Prada. There are so many alternatives out there!
Thank you🥰🥰
I would be thrilled to be back to needing setting powder instead of 3 layers of moisturizer. *sigh*. Excellent roundup. These are so informative. Bakuchoul smells strangely in my opinion
I bought the Prada foundation yesterday so probably too soon for me to be commenting yet wearing it now and it is absolutely gorgeous on my combination mature skin. I also live in a crazy humid climate and as of now this has been a winner for me. I'll see if it works after a week of continuous work. And, I did make sure my skin prep was high moisture for this one. Thanks for the review🥰
Thank you so much for the review of the Prada foundation! I’ll stick with my NARS light reflecting.
Other reviews have said the same about the Elf Camo Hydrating CC Cream, so it's a hard pass from me too. Thanks for sharing your thoughts x
I tried the elf camo foundation and thought it was terrible on my skin. I never could understand all the hype. Love all your reviews!
I love these round ups and look forward to them. I'm 58 tomorrow and live in the deep south(Gulf Shores, Al)and am light/medium neutral leaning warm so I can almost most perfectly count on whatever your shade match is, it's mine as well. Do you like the Polite Society or About Face better. It sounded like maybe Polite Society? Also, where does Haus Labs rank in your opinion with these? Or do they compare? Thank you so very much!
love your videos… wish you could do more comperisons of the same type of finishes of foundations….. if something has the same finish of older foundations you used alredy like de guerlain terracota and the hourglass….❤❤❤
Another great review. Agree on the Elf Camo…the old one or this new one do not have good colors at all. As for the Covergirl ageless it has some nice skincare in it especially for dark spots but it doesn’t seem to sit well with so many people. Thanks for this review.
I am desperate for your concealer roundup - I need to know your thoughts on Fenty and Laura Mercier !
Great reviews, I live in a v.hot/tropical climate for about 6mths of the year! Cannot wear anything Dewy, Glowy etc. Love from Australia. Keep up the good work.
I'm 50 and enjoy light coverage. I have an oily t zone and some minor dryness since it's winter. I'm really enjoying the about face. It feels like i don't have anything on my face, but it evens out my skin. I couldn't find a shade for the polite society foundation. Great video😊
I love the Prada foundation on my mature combo skin. It works well with my Tarte Timeless primer, but also the new one from LA girl. I use a sponge because I want light coverage. It looks beautiful. I have yet to try the Polite Society foundation or the About Face. Usually I skip on non silicone foundations, but maybe I’ll try them.
Your lip combo is stunning!
Thank you! 😘
Would you review Cle de Peau? Great Video!
Stephanie, we have similar skin tones, and I also deal with rosacea. Have you ever tried the combination of Cetaphil Redness Prone Daytime Tinted Moisturizer and Loreal Green BB cream? It works wonders for me, as a light/medium light coverage. I mix them together on my handabs apply as 1 with a sponge
Love your videos
thanks so much for this video. I have rosacea, although it's only in one spot currently. I have general redness and I have found my skin tone changed in my late 40s as well, I've gone from a neutral to a cool undertone. I have recently found Fit Me foundation to be a very good daily foundation, I apply with a brush and then beauty sponge to smooth it out and pick up the excess. It dries down and looks amazing. I will use Dior concealer and foundation for nighttime, but again use a blender to ensure there is no excess on my skin. It has been a lot of trial and error with also living in a humid climate and dealing with my skin becoming dry. So thanks for all your tips, you have really helped me understand the whats and whys and I feel confident trying new products.
Hello from southeast Kentucky dear! Thank you for this video! I am now 45 and on the look for a full coverage foundation and powder that don’t fill the fine lines and wrinkles and so far I have found that a BB or CC cream with a pressed powder has helped me but not with full coverage but it does cover well. The brand of the BB cream is purlisse makeup brand and the pressed powder is the Laura mercier baked and balanced powder foundation used with the kabuki brush she sells to use with the powder foundation. ❤
PURLISSE is really nice. I’m 63 dry. Also the Eborian bb and Cc cream (not water ) amazing . My fav
LOVED this video as your skin issues are pretty much mine. So, looked at 2 of the products and neither are available in the UK! Aaargh. Are there any that tick all your boxes that you know are available in the UK?
If I’m paying for a higher priced foundation that’s suitable for my skin type, I don’t expect to need to use a primer or powder, to make it work. I expect it to work as it says it should. Also I don’t like sunscreen in my foundation because you’re never going to put on enough to protect your skin. Sunscreen is the only way to protect your skin. There’s some very great foundations that do everything without needing any extras and it’s nice not to feel like your skin has been suffocated!
Yes, completely agree! Would be refreshing to see reviews based on the brand claims without using any other products. My goal is to minimize layers . With the exception of skin care , i dont want to use primer or powder for daily use.
@midlifemom5829 Hi! My reviews are based on trying these foundations for several days, without primer (just skincare) _and_ with various types of primers. I stated that in the beginning. I share how I feel about them and how they wear best, as well as who they would work best for, based on those factors.
WOW The ELF Camo CC cream really looks very shiny in your try-on .. that's interesting because I tested it for a colour match from the drugstore and it didn't seem like that ... I could't find a colour match so I didn't buy it, and now I am so glad I didn't ... it would take a lot for me to switch from the Erborian CC creme ... for me it is one of the best on the market!! IMHO.
Stephanie can you please share what foudnation/ base you were wearing in this vid? Looks so freshy glowy on you❤
I like the polite society foundation and got the same shade you got and it’s a very good match for my winter skin ❤ it reminds me of the Nars light reflecting foundation. I’m not going to try the Prada one too expensive and doesn’t sound great either!
Thank you for Your foundation round up. I don’t know if I’ll ever find a foundation I’m just in love with. I like the Clinique even better serum. It gives nice coverage and doesn’t make me look like an oil slick after wearing. I have oily skin so I have to be careful. Estee DW is ok. I just don’t want one that emphasizes texture and lines. I’m 54.
God, thank you so much for these great reviews! The details you give are so helpful. You just saved me so much money and disappointment!
I love the Mega slicks lip gloss, have to try that color. I do not like when my foundations have sunscreen in them, it just feels thicker to me on my skin.
I also bought the Prada foundation and even have the same shade as you and it is a tad too light. On my dry skin it is a bit too drying. I am however moving to a more humid climate so I’ll try it again this summer :)
Prada foundation is my absolute favorite!!! I wanted to try Polite Society and almost bought the About Face foundation yesterday at ULTA but neither have any shades remotely close to my skin tone. Granted I do have to mix two Prada shades, but that’s because M50 and M60 are far in shade (light-dark) but the undertone is perfect. The other two have pure orange or completely olive cool shades. Try the Prada !
The polite society foundation in my opinion isn't great. It rubs off way to fast especially on my nose. I tried a grip primer, powder, and setting spray.. all at once and separately and nothing stopped it from separating eventually. This happened to many others as well. So you might have dodged a bullet as they say on that one lol. But I have heard great things about the about face foundation.
That new Covergirl Skin Perfector Essence has been the only base product I've been reaching for these past few weeks since I received it. I absolutely LOVE it! It's everything I've spent a long time trying to find. Feels weightless, sheer but evens out my skin just enough, feels hydrating, doesn't emphasize my fine lines/wrinkles/texture and wears well throughout my work day. If you're looking for a lot of coverage, look elsewhere. This product gives me more coverage than I thought but it's definitely not covering up my spots/blemishes. Those still peek through but the overall eveness and brightness of my skin is exactly how I prefer. I'm 45 and I believe my skin has transitioned to the point of being combo leaning to dry. I apply this with my fingers/hands the way I would a serum or any other skincare product. I did try applying this with a brush but that really left a lot to be desired in terms of finish. If someone is only using a brush to apply this I can 100% understand why they might not like it because I didn't like it either. Of course everyone's skin and preferences are different. Not everything is for everyone and that's totally fine. But I personally am so very happy with this product!
I too love it. Back in the day, I used to buy a similar format by Jane Iredale but then it started looking cakey on my maturing skin. I work CG essencw on the back of my hand, then use my fingers to smooth it out. One pump goes a long way. I do find I look best in the first 3-4 hours, however.
What was on your lips in the elf camo b roll? It looked divine 😊
I had the exact same experience with the new elf cc cream. I thought I was the only one because everyone seems to love it so much 5:26
Same here -the exact same experience with the Elf
I was not a fan of the original at all, so I did not try this one. Glad I did not waste my money
Me, too!
Iqm 54 with normal skin and I love the CG essence. it's my new favourite. it feels great and has the perfect coverage level for me.
I typically only use drugstore makeup. But after seeing a few reviews of the Polite Society foundation, I have been very interested.
This review sold it for me.
Get the Haus Labs instead. I got the PL and wish I hadn’t. The shades run very yellow. I couldn’t find a good match in the PL.
Glad I found you on CZcams. Great information. I have a question, do you always use a primer?
I don't. It depends on the foundation and what I'm doing :) Thank you!
The About Face foundation looks interesting but I don't like those kinds of applicators. I'd want a pump or even just a regular open bottle. I have not used the Elf foundation but it seems that many makeup youtubers don't care for it either. Thanks for the info.
I bought the Essence foundation hoping for something that would work on light makeup days. I wore it once and hated it. It felt greasy and much heavier than any other foundation. Estee Lauder double wear is still the one I go to most.
I just ordered this about face foundation. The bottle looks so expensive !! Love it!! Can’t wait to get it. Tfs I’m 63 so I’m hoping it does look good on my mature skin tfs
How do you like it so far?
I'm having a LOT of problems with pilling. I have a fairly consistent morning skin prep ritual, so I don't think that is the problem. Problems arose when I began to use clean bronzers and blushes. These look gorgeous until they start to pull my foundation away. I've used fingers and a variety of brushes for application. Different brands of cream products and brands of foundations. You'd think I had my own channel. Do you have any dos and don'ts to avoid both pilling and the cream issue. I'm ready to scrap all my creams and return to glowey powder.
Great job Stephanie. I am so weary of marketing claims that are misleading or flat out lies. I wish there was regulations on cosmetics and skincare.
Thank you for your hard work. FYI Houston is hot and humid too so I sympathize. ❤
I agree 💯 percent. I have bought products based on manufacturer's claims and it's so frustrating when they turn out to be complete lies!
@@scorpion-lg4icI can yo-yos that not just the manufacturer but it’s these influencers who r sponsored..😮😮 there not all honest sad
I love ELF, but anything Camo by ELF always feels too heavy on my skin.
Im having the same problems with the Prada. It doesn't work with any of my primers. I bought another to try. I also can't use the brush . Going to try the sponge. You are right, its too expensive to be this finiky
Okay: Rarely comment. The one thing I fixate on when you do video is your lips. You have nice teeth and perfectly shaped lips. I’m always wondering “what is that color, why glossy but not too much, lip liners seem to be non existent. Could you do a Video with your Lip care, top ten favorite colors, glosses, lip stick preferences etc.. I love the shine that’s everywhere lately. Not sure about color stay. Mine shines while applying than Vanishes. I heard Buxom has some. I’d like a lipstick with the shine. Then I apply the gloss. A good light toned creamy liner? Nude/Pink. Thank you.
I’m going to invest in a good eye corrector. Pinkish w my favorite concealer which is too faced. Needing help for sure. Thanks for listening
I enjoy your channel.
Although you speed along sometimes and I have to pause and rewind or save.
When in doubt always save. Lol Thanks
What lip liner did you use for the Mac lipstick?
Happy Mardi Gras !
When you use a dry sponge which one do you prefer to use? Thank you
Hii Stephanie
Can you tell me what blush you wearing ?
No one talks about Derma Blend flawless creator drops. You only need a tiny bit and it even out skin tone so well and doesn’t sink into fine lines and wrinkles.
Can you link the sweatshirt at 12:00 in your covergirl review. I love it!
What lip color were you wearing in the previous day wearing of the Elf camo foundation video insert?
Love these. But for some reason, even with all my skin prep, especially in the winter, foundations seem to break up on me. I'm in my 40s and I know my skin has been changing. I've been using Seint which I like. I just wish there were other cream options.
I had the same experience with the elf foundation. Elf nails many things, but it just was a no for me for the reasons you provided.
The Prada has too many sensitizing ingredients for my sensitive skin.
Thank you Stephanie!! Always loved your reviews! I was looking to see whether I could purchase Polite Society where I live, and then I learned that it is owned by Jerrod Blandino (Too Faced) of the Very Impolite tone deaf ‘Rich Lives Matter’ birthday cake. That one will be a pass for me. Thank you for telling us about the other foundations which I look forward to purchasing! ❤
I am 58 years old and my skin loves the New elf hydrating CC cream
Finding a foundation has become baking/cooking gluten free for me for several reasons. First reason is my skin’s texture changes broadly based on the climate and skincare product usage. Second some “looks” appear better with a matte versus a dewy complexion. Third reason for me is frankly buying foundation is expensive! In my arsenal I’m lucky to have two MAC waterproof matte liquids, the ReNutriv by Estée Lauder, Origin’s organic complexion, a few high SPF’s drugstore versions of IT’s CC cream, and various powder foundations by Tarte, IT, L’Oréal, and Neutrogena. My next product will be (I hope) a Hyaluronic serum type. I’m tempted by Hourglass light shifter (Ambient Soft Glow?) and NARS light reflecting. If I did one of those I’d want the full service that comes with high end cosmetics! I’d want a color match. I know Walgreens has trained beauty advisors as well as Target. Maybe CVS and Walmart do as well? I certainly have the time to perfect my complexion with and without makeup applied so “no excuses Sir!” Allie Glines showed an Hourglass foundation and I was duped.
The regular elf cc cream was a hard no for me, and the reviews I've seen of the new one convinced me im not going to try the new one either. The fiundation I love from elf is the flawless satin foundation. Its beautiful on my oily/combo mature skin and lasts all day.
I love the Polite Society but only when my skin is super moisturized. I get zero hydration from it; it cracks on my skin terribly without an additional emollient product underneath.
I knew that Covergirl foundation would be crappola. Thanks for the reviews
I’m not a fan of covergirl. Anything I’ve tried of theirs hasn’t worked for me. I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular from this one at all
Do you think the Polite Society foundation would be a good wedding day foundation for someone who uses a tint day today, if any?
I'd love to recreate the lip look, you gave us the gloss and lip color but what about the lip liner. Are you wearing one?
For the Prada foundation, at $70 I would return it to Sephora! I do have my eye on the About Face foundation though. Hearing good reviews so far. ~Regina~
I like About Face but the angled doe foot does splatter when I removed from bottle, so pull very slowly
Finding a fair OLIVE foundation is tough. So far Elf 205 n olive is the best so far. Neutrals are too orange on me. Warm to yellow and I’m far from cool. Cool is pink on me. I have normal skin and in my 50s. It is a still a little too thick. I’m waiting for my All about me foundation to arrive.
I'm a light olive too and never took the plunge on ELF 205 as it looked too pink still. Glad it worked for you!
I’m between Lancôme idole 24 hour and polite society foundation. What would you recommend for very oily acne prone skin. I’m 36
Thanks Stephanie! I'm personally not interested in the Prada beauty line.... 😗. There are so many long-standing amazing luxury beauty that have been long-standing and have stood the test of time. (I.E. YSL, Givenchy, Chanel, Tom Ford). I just feel like they're late to the game and they're going to have to go through own trial by fire until their make-up line either sinks or shines.
Thank you for mentioning the cancer causing sunscreen. Many others have reviewed this and never mentioned it had sunscreen. I was so excited to get it because of the reviews but I’m allergic to chemical sunscreen. I wish foundations would leave out the sunscreen so everyone can wear them.
I react badly to most chemical sunscreens, so this is important relevant info I think a lot of us need. Happy to help!
How does the Polite Society foundation compare to the Haus Labs?
Have you tried Elizabeth Arden Flawless Finish?
Your Foundation Roundup videos are my favorite things to watch on CZcams, and this time you reviewed two particular foundations I've been wondering about, so thank you! . AND... You're the only beauty person I've encountered who wholly acknowledges that there's at least one sunscreen out there that can actually cause skin cancer. In my 40s, I'd never really worn sunscreen and never had skin cancer until I started using that paricular suncreen. Less than a month after using it, a basal cell carcinoma appeared on my clavical. I told my doctor I was convinced that the sunscreen had caused the skin cancer and she literally laughed in my face. Then I went to a dermatologist instead, who took one look at the bottle of sunscreen I'd used and threw it in the trash, acknowledging that it was probably what triggered the cancer. Since then I only use mineral sunscreens. So once again, BIG thanks! Both the About Face and the Polite Society are now on my trial list. 💗
Which sunscreen was it please?
@@sherihays4559 - That was years ago and I don't remember precisely which one I'd bought, but it was Coppertone brand, and it was a chemical sunscreen.
I'm in my 40s I stopped putting on makeup because my skin gets dry patches and it gets cakey. I never had this problem when I was younger. My skin always used to be oily when I was younger. Now that I'm going through menopause it's so dry. My question is I've always put face powder on after putting on foundation. Should I not be putting on face powder?
I find that my skin is getting lighter as I get older. Somehow I just recently got we tested for the skin color at Sephora, and I went down a whole shade.
I did but then didn’t 😂😂 gave it to one of my daughters. I’m using jones road wtf and OMGGGGGG I LOVE THAT STUFF!!
I need a dedicated under eye video! I’m struggling to find products that actually work!
I have an entire playlist that’s all about concealer with makeup products and a skincare playlist if you’re looking for skincare :)
I’ve found that foundation in general are temperamental to environmental conditions. There are foundations I hate in the summer but love in winter. I live in Charleston SC and the humidity levels are a huge factor on my foundation AND skin.
Absolutely!!
@@StephanieMarie , today I mixed Covergirl clean fresh milk foundation in porcelain and elf halo glow…my skin looks soooo good. I’ve been unhappy with my Lancôme and NARS…😢. I bought a clear acrylic makeup tray last week and it’s been so useful. I can see the tone and texture immediately. The Covergirl bead foundation is so finicky on my skin…some days it looks great and others extremely bad (no inbetween). I’m curious how I’ll like it during the summer. Edited to add that I’m 50 and menopause has really done a number on my skin.
