I agree… I’ve always had Elvis music in my life for my adult children who recently saw the movie with me.. they understand so much more about his life. I’ve been to Graceland twice the first time I was depressed his horse was still alive… the second time was much better for me as I walked thru I could appreciate the man Elvis ❤️❤️❤️🙏

I haven’t checked but I know they moved a lot of stuff to the new museum away from Graceland.

When I was eleven years old my Aunt took me to one of his concerts in Nashville TN. I lived in TN but was on the eastside of the state near the Smoky Mountains. I was in the front row & I gave him a red rose & he smiled at me. All the girls about passed out watching him. I had one of his posters on my wall for a long time. He loved his audience & they loved him. Lisa Marie looks so much like him. She has his blue eyes & facial features. She can sing too. She was the one to find Elvis dead. She lost her oldest son to suicide in July 2020. So sad for her.
the man had such little strength at this point he could barely stand for this last song, and yet in his last performance he sang with every bit of life he had left, and the result was a performance that was indistinguishable from how he sounded at his prime. Such talent.
His last concert was in Indianapolis at Market Square Arena. It was as powerful and soulful as his first. Always The King... his princess is back I. His arms now. May they rest in paradise together now. ❤️

My parents and aunt and uncle saw him in Lake Tahoe and they all said it was the most incredible show they had ever seen. I should have begged them to take me. I still remember them waking me up when they came home to the cabin we used to rent on Marla Bay just raving about how unbelievable he was.
His voice is something that we can't describe. Only listen and feel with heart!!! Lisa Marie also had a wonderful voice and I love her so much. God bless both. Much love to them.

I vividly remrmber the day that i heard that Elvis had passed away. It was on a hot sunny day in Oklahoma, as I was stationed there in the military. It appeared that the whole base and town of Lawton was in mourning. It took about a week or so for me to shake off the feeling of being numb. Truly a gift from God.
I remember that day too I will never forget it till the day I die can't wait to see him in heaven and give him a hug and tell him that I love him missed so much

True. But don’t forget Roy Orbison’s godly voice too. Even Elvis admitted Roy is the best and would never perform with him on the same stage. Elvis was overall a great show with his dance moves and style plus he was extremely handsome to the point where women faint. Roy’s voice is straight out of heaven and hits higher notes. He can literally sing 4 octaves in one song. Nobody does that!

Damn, I get goose bumps every time I hear one of his songs or see a video of him performing . I was barely 8 when he died but I still grew up to his music. I’ve seen all of the Elvis biopics and I think that Austin Butlers performance was the most genuine including doing majority of his own singing. I knew how it was going to end and I still cried.
I saw this uncut last concert and he was on heavy meds for health problems, He had his band member show him how to play this at the last minute.He was so amazing..especially Gospel.Rip 💖🙏

He was way to young… his Mother died at 46. I didn’t realize that she started drinking when he became famous.

I've been to Graceland 4 times take care and safe travels !

Shows how professional he was. He was suffering health wise with many things and trying to self medicate and all of that messed his poor body up along with exhaustion from being on stage every day twice with hardly time off due to the kind of huge star he was. What a vocal phenomenon💋

@@anndaniels3545 I honestly think too that when he first started using drugs he thought it was okay bc Dr prescribed them to him…after a while he couldn’t function without them… he became addicted. He was way to young… his Mother died at 46. I didn’t realize that she started drinking when he became famous.

@@annieproud4697 First let me apologize for being so late with my reply yes I get to go by there and have catered several events there with the restaurant I work at Bar- B- Que by Jim's which is right around the corner from Tupelo Hardware which I'm sure you know the young King got his 1st guitar come on down to Tupelo and ck out where he got started it never ceases to amaze me the difference in his birthplace and Graceland ! I've been to Graceland 4 times take care and safe travels !

Yeah it's so heartbreaking to watch the king like this, he sure gave everything he had!! Just 6 weeks after this performance, he died! Far too young!!! Sad loss! Thank you Elvis for everything you gave us,and for changing the face of music!! God rest you!! ❤️🎤🎶
