The once-adored Capitol stylist and icon Tigris is unquestionably a bold visionary, well overdue for rediscovery. I hope this ferocious-yet-feminine makeup look shines a little light on the amazing influence Tigris has had on Capitol fashion… though perhaps at the expense of her humanity.
Though Tigris made her transformation irreversible, I hope this temporary look serves as a worthy homage to the now-reclusive style star! This video will focus equal parts on application technique, and her groundbreaking glamour.

It was weird seeing Kandee acting all serious cause she's normally a very bubbly and bright person
I think it's because she's not in her own space. she did say in the beginning that she partnered up with something related to the movie so she was probably directed to act a certain way.

Why would it be shit makeup? When that really popular other book series turned movie they had an entire makeup palette made which I have bought it at Sephora
Natural look right now: Many browns and light browns. A little contouring, Mascara, and a layer of clear lipgloss
Natural look in the Capitol: Green hair to resemble the leaves on a tree. Flower false lashes, white foundation with brown lipstick. Winged eyeliner and contouring with greens and browns. Highlight with a shimmery green.

Didn't the Capitol ban all mockingjay logos? And yet there's a mockingjay on the powder?? But it's a fantastic video, I really enjoyed it.
All these little videos have some type of symbolism with the resistance. the videos they did last year about the districts had it as well either by what they said or some prop in the video.
The Capitol was very loyal because they weren't concerned with everything else. The mockingjay label interested the people of the Capitol, like a dramatic show. I'm not sure why it would've been banned, but this makes sense to me
