Café Angelic located On W Railroad Ave a Local café serving breakfast, sandwiches & coffee drinks in a casual, stylish space.
And Tavlin a great Mediterranean restaurant that serve great shish kababs.
If you like to middle eastern ingredients there is small grocery store right on W railroad Ave called Emanuel you should definitely check it out.
Now let’s talk about big buck stores,
There are no big buck stores in Tenafly, however there plenty of them in just a short ride of less than 15 minutes.
Target, Whole foods, Home Depot, Ikea and many more.
There are 3 great malls as well near by:
America Dream Mall, Riverside mall, Garden State Plaza mall and the Paramus outlet.
Tenafly is rated as the 13 best town in terms of safest in Bergen county with almost no crime at all .

Tenafly USED TO be a town with community, soul, and personality. Not anymore! Gaudy McMansions line many of it's streets now, and many classic understated houses have been razed, all in the name of 'progress'. Taxes are rapaciously high, and overpriced restaurants are abundant downtown. It's a great place to 'hide' and live reclusively if you're a gazillionaire though.
