I got my daughter a large Squishmallow and chocolates. I got my oldest daughter a couple of small stuffed animals and a bag of Hershey's mixed dark chocolate. Your kids are gonna love those baskets!!!

I don’t have kids to give gifts for Valentine’s Day but I remember my mom used to get me stickers for Valentine’s Day as a kid and I was always so excited to get them. Definitely will continue the tradition with my own kids one day! Your gift baskets are perfect!

I did baskets for my 3 under 3 this year and I plan on doing the hearts on the doors as well! I bought red velvet pancake mix from target and I plan on doing that for breakfast. I also plan on getting them a bouquet of flowers to split between them. I want to create core memories for them that make them feel loved and oh so special. ❤️

My mom would always make homemade cards with construction paper, usually in the shape of a heart. In the center she would then fold a $5 bill and weave it inside so we could see the face of Lincoln when we opened it up. I still have that memory now that she's gone

I agree with you, Kayla . I don't really go all out for Valentines Day, and I would rather show loved ones every day than just one day . But I do make a Valentines basket . Also, thank you for the hearts idea ... deffy will be doing that ....

We usually don’t do a lot for Valentine’s, sometimes I’ll do a little gift & card and maybe go out to dinner. ❤️
St. Valentine goes back to the Roman Empire. He officiated marriages for Roman soldiers and was put to death for this. The Catholics call him Saint Valentine. Then it evolved through the years. Victorian men started giving the chocolates to show love and woo women. It’s hardly made up. Usually men say that about a holiday when they don’t want to get their lady something. Lol. Everything originated from somewhere.
