      That "6,3" badges on the front fenders are good indicators of what the fuel costs is for the C63. Whatever you pay for fuel on your car today, multiply that with 6.3 for this car.

    stumbled across this video as I was looking in making the move myself, great content, straight to the point and bonus it's all aimed at the British audience. Came to a conclusion that living with these monthly outgoings isn't the most sensible idea for me, rn.

    Spot on with the costs Joe, mine is a daily as well mate, 30K miles in 18 months, loads of fuel etc, but wouldn't have it any other way. love it, Good job Joe

    Finally found a good uk running costs video 😂 I’m 22 and was really looking into one of these for my next car, It’s about 18 miles to and from work everyday but I lift share with my mate who also works with me so I only really drive 2 weeks out of a 4 week month. I also only really do 7k miles a year or that’s what I’ve done at least on my current car. Still deciding if I wanna spend that much money tryna keep it going 😬😬

      Did you end up getting one? I'm 25 and on £38k a year doing 6k miles a year while saving around £750 a month. Still sat on the fence :(

      @@RedolentSpore I didn’t no. I actually have gone in a complete opposite direction and have decided to go travelling with my mate (when we can) but if I was going for the car then I’d probably have bought it by now yeah!

    I’m 21 now bought the w204 saloon at 19 and insurance was €6447 for the year not the most cost effective idea to own these cars but no car quite like it! Great content keep it up

    Anyone with a C63 in Essex ever used Gem-Tech Motors in Romford for servicing?? If so, how were they??
    AA Insurance wouldn’t touch the car. “Sorry sir, we don’t provide insurance fir that kind of vehicle”. Got a lovely quote last Summer from Tesco’s who also lobbed in Clubcard discount and took £200 off.

    Very accurate mate. Just put ps4s on there on Monday after having pirelli p zeros on. Got 1700 miles out of the pirellis, zero grip anywhere ever. The Michelins are way better already. Just hope I get the mileage out of them. I only do maybe 300-400 miles a month ish

    I know my c207 chassis E coupe has a standard 722.9 gear box & not the mct wet clutch setup you have, but the service is just about identical.
    Did mine in the driveway w/ 4 jack stands, icarsoft mbII for measuring fluid temp, & made my own fluid pump by slightly modding a standard garden pump. Went smooth & tranny actually feels almost new afterwards

    507 has forged wheels which are a good 5k over standard c63 alloys. The facelift cars also started in 2011 in europe

    Euro car parts are charging 1350 atm for a full set of discs and pads .. seems like prices have shot up since the video

    My mk4 gs 450h f sport when new full service was £730 I almost fell over. I had two people hit me in my previous car and most quotes where £2000 🤯 and the tire prices for 19inches PS4’s around £800 🤯. £70 full tank every week.

    Your insurance will drop a fair bit after owning it for a couple of years. Mine dropped from 3.5k back in 2015 to 1k right now

    I purchased mine in August as well, a 2011, and only have had to replace rear tires once, and opted in for Michelin All Season 4's for the sake of longevity. I don't track it and it is my "daily", but I do not drive more than 300 miles a week and fill up 4-5 times a month.

      Ahhh everyone’s experience is different, I’m only putting across what I’ve encountered since I’ve owned one, I do a lot more mileage than that and find myself visiting the petroleum station 3 times a week sometimes 😂 but don’t always fill right up.

    On Auto trader you can find C63 AMG 6.3 V8 Naturally Aspirated coup for around £15,000 now, if your lucky you can find £12,000 for a high mail's.

    What repairs have you had done? Just bought a 2014 with 43k on in December allready had a rocker lid replaced 🙄

      Hey Liam, secondary air pump, all 4 camshaft adjusters and air intake manifold 😂 luck of the draw with theses, good as gold now, drives beautifully and like brand new

    Hey Joe, I think you forgot to mention that if you go for an extended warranty from Mercedes you’ll need to have the car serviced by them as well or was I lied to by Mercedes? Also I think you got service A and B swapped around. A is minor and B is major. B costs more than A. Or I’m I wrong? Good vid as always.

      Hey JR, no you don’t need to have your car serviced by them, as long as it’s done by an approved MB garage your fine, as for the services check out the MB quote page that I’ve left a link for in the description.

      @@Ninjadom the great thing is the bonnet vents are also functional. The whole package from the black series brake setup, black series hood, stronger internals, revised ECU, apptech forged wheels and yes even the amg acceleration lines sticker makes so much sense...

      C43 you mean?
      I would imagine there is a slight difference one being a V6 (twin turbo newer engine) and the other being a V8 (naturally aspirated)

    Ive got 3 e classes mercedes service centre is not worth it at all
    Personally use independent mercedes specialist for big jobs or local for universal mechanical jobs

    I’ve bought a 12” c 63 for abt 30 and then had to put 5-7K in maintenance plus a tune and tires. Gas in Cali is over $7 a gallon so I drop 500-800 dollars on gas a month. Cheers I’d do it all over again too. 🤣

    Just bought an 09 c63 amg with 70k miles . Previously had a 2016 audi a3 1.8L T . My insurance went up about $18.50

    £100 a week in fuel. What sort of mileage are you doing. And what mpg are you getting on average.

      I do £70 - £80 a month in fuel. One fill up of Shell V-Power a month. But I don’t use mine for work, only leisure at weekends. Mine has the 60 litre fuel tank and I get about 12 miles per gallon!!!

      I use mine everyday, work and back 20 miles a day and then I use it in the evenings as well if I’m out and about, it is the only car I drive so I am constantly driving it.

    Prices of a good 507 are going up rapidly. A few weeks ago a dealer sold a 507 saloon for 50k...The saloons and estates are the rarest.

      Yes the 507 and the Black series primarily, I’ve made a deal literally a few weeks before they went up. As a matter of fact while I was negotiating for a good deal the owner raised it like +2K. And his answer was, “ the others did it also”. But it didn’t apply for me though. Pretty much what I have expected him to say frankly.😅
      I got the coup, white with 18K km from our German neighbors, and with red belts previous owner was AMG.
      Since then I’ve been keeping a list of 507’s from various advertisers and if I look at the prices...god what am I glad I didn’t wait any longer back then.

    900 quid for an A service? Mine was 300. 9k spent on the car? I’ve had mine exactly a year and only needed a 300 pound A service in mine so your car must be fucked.

      LOL 😂 I didn’t pay that! I’m going off of the MB online booking/quoting system, my cars good as gold drive like new, 9k was for all 4 camshafts adjusters, air intake manifold and secondary air pump, MB couldn’t work out the problem so ended up changing a lot until it was fixed
