With that being said, I’d like to see a vlog of you going on vacation solo( well maybe bring the dogs) relaxing on a beach with a drink in your hand and absolutely no responsibilities. Because girl you have more than earned it!

Hi Jen! Thank you for this great video! I love watching you prepare your recipes. I discovered a tip when I bake cup cakes or muffins. I lightly spray the inside of the cupcake liners with either cooking spray or Pam spray with four. It actually really helps to release the cakes from the liners really easily without them sticking. It can be a little messy, so I would spray the liners in the muffin tin over the sink, or You can spray the liners individually if you want❤
Hi Jen, great video. I always enjoy seeing what you do. Yes, I have two favorite burners, the back two burners. My stove/oven is 18 years old and on it’s death bed. So at one point it will have to be replace. I really like that Ninja Air Fryer. I really don’t need another gadget, but I bought a Oster countertop French door oven from the Q 2/ years ago. It does 11 different things and I love it, but I don’t do anything in it that will splatter grease. as the stainless steel interior is very hard to clean if you get grease on it. So I use things like small things so I don’t have to turn on my big stove. I hope that you and your family are doing well. I hope Kristen decides to do a channel. She would be great!❤️
Obviously, you have filmed another great video. I love all the different dishes. Obviously that makes me want to change up my grocery shopping. I've never had spring rolls so obviously that segment of your video really appealed to me. Obviously I want you to keep up the good work.

Your pup trying to "help" is so sweet and would make me want to get on the floor for cuddle time. My pup waits for me to leave the kitchen for food to cool and then sneaks in to see what he can steal!
I am definitely a front left burner person, I thought I was the only one who thought random things like that lol.
I am going to have to go check that air fryer out. I almost always cut the chicken breast in half horizontal and cook it in the air fryer.

I make the pumpkin muffins just like this, but, to make them less dense I add 2 eggs only. Lots fluffier and tasty. I use spice cake mix and squirt cooking spray into the paper liner. No oil in mix means they can stick to the paper liner.

Do you ever experience in meal prepping the meat/poultry/pork tasting weird when you heat it up? I struggle w meal prep b/c while I season everything really well, things taste terrible when they are reheated. Not sure what I’m doing wrong

So funny that ypu talked about smoked mozzarella. It is called "scamorza" and it is absolutely delicious. I just bought some. BtW i finished going through your essenrial pantry cookbook and i found a lot of recipes that i am going to cook for my family. I am surprised at how many recipes i wanted to try - in other cookbooks i only find a couple of recipes appealing but in yours i found a lot! The spring rolls reminded me that I have Asian marinade in a jar and some leftover chicken and I just got a package of the Hero Tortillas. They are low carb tortilla and I used one yesterday for a breakfast burrito. I am going to make a burrito with the leftover chicken, some radishes, cucumber and the dressing and make lunch. Thanks for the inspiration.

Hi! Great video. Have you tried cooking shrimp in the oven? Cooks evenly, so moist and the flavor is not diluted. I put 13/15 size shrimp on a parchment lined sheet pan, a spritz of oil and some seasoning. Cook at 400 for 8 min for that size shrimp. So great, from our friend Ina.

Thank you for the video! I am gonna try the quinoa tabouleh for sure and maybe get me Kodiak muffin mix. I have been trying to find ways to eat quinoa more. I have been eating as a Greek cold salad version and then I seasoned like making Spanish rice and that is really good.

I’ve been a Thrive Market member for two years now and still have not bought any frozen foods or wine yet. I love them for their prices on hard-to-find items (I also live in the middle of nowhere). I work for a major supermarket chain and we do sell some of the brands and items but their prices aren’t as good, most of the time. I love getting the items for way cheaper. I also love being able to see the ingredients before I purchase or the seeing the sugar content.

Talking about the Whole Foods Market Smoked Mozzarella Pastra Salad. I work at a Whole Foods Market. The Pasta is delicious but it's not even made there it comes in a bag spoiler alert.

All of these things are foreign to my family and friends. We are just a customed to Southern foods and home cooking. One of our favorites uz Stuffed peppers for example and smothered chicken , cornbread etc. Most of those things you "highly recommend " I would Never try.😊
