#BlackCuervoWins I go for Cuervo because she lives in a city filled with super villains that are more often than not at each other's throats. She is more experienced in combat and knows how to make her enemies fight on her terms. She would try to make Morebucks over use her armor or throw a tantrum and then use that to take her down. Also despite the PPG being extremely powerful they do not have the evil guy mindset that El Tigre has and that uses to fight. Cuervo wins because she is the better villain.

#BlackCuervoWins For one thing, she's far smarter and more tech-savvy (or at least tech-savvy enough to create her own arsenal though she probably had some help from her mother and grandmother). She also lives in Miracle City, a city full of more villains to shake a stick at with only White Pantera, El Tigre, and, heck, even Puma Loco to keep them in check. She had to be as cutthroat as the people who live there. Morbucks would be mauled by someone like El Oso, Dr. Chipotle (Jr. AND Sr.), and Sartana the *moment* she stepped foot in there.
I never watched El Tigre in my life and I don't know who is Black Cuervo and I have seen the 90 Powerpuff Girls as 3 years old and saw some of the episodes on Netflix as I was 6 years old and I know Princess Morbucks is kinda weak, so I think Morbucks might lose like she always do in the 90 show but the 2016 Powerpuff Girls was kinda boring cuz the details on them, The 90 was better!

While I have no idea who would win, I know of El Tigre well. Especially since Manuel Rivera is the name of my grandfather.
