- This video show viewers how to paint your motorcycle in your garage and how to build a paint booth. We have customized a gsxr 1000 with led pod lights, 12v adapter for your phone, speaker system, 138dbl Air horn and candy tangerine paint. It took 3 days of hard work from tear down to the final product. I got the video down to 23 min. Hope you enjoy. Big Mack Customs
I'm doing plastics repair and will follow your plans on making my own booth and painting it myself. Like some others I learned a few things. By telling/showing your mistakes tells others that beginners can do this as well as gives them solutions on fixing the mistakes. You did an awesome job

Good job. The booth was very creative. Glad to see you spent time to make sure garage was safe from fumes, especially with kids in the background!
thanks for watching
Man i'll tell you, i'm a cruiser guy but this paint job came out fantastic. Candy orange is a hot color that comes and goes. The paint booth was also a great job. Really enjoyed watching
Gotta say thanks, You have made me brainstorm the homemade paint booth I have been using.
i admire people like you , for trying, anyone with the money can go to a paint shop and spend a fortune, but you just dont get the credit and satisfaction as doing it yourself and you also learn from your mistakes good stuff max respect shane uk
I am quite impressed.. I paint bikes as a hobby and my paint booth is quite large and full of lights. you did a great job for the space available
Excellent job, and the satisfaction that you did it yourself. The color looks excellent, well done!!
Thanks for posting this video. It cleared up a lot of questions I had about painting in the garage. I wish I had a paint booth but unfortunately I don't so this really helped. The bike looks great. Very clean, mean and uncluttered and the color is smokin'.
I have a 04 GSXR 1000 and I want to paint mine myself, cobalt blue. Thanks for the video, it gives me a new boost of confidence that I can do it myself and I hope it comes out as good as yours.
using the pvc piping and joints is a good idea for taking it all down and reusing in future, you just solved my problem for me thanks fella.
Beautiful job! Talk about a labor of love that paid off! I'm getting ready to paint my 91 Harley Softail Custom Candy Teal. I was gonna have it shot by a shop but after watching what a lot of hard work and perseverance can accomplish, I'm gonna do it myself....thanks for the lesson bro!....I learned quite a lot. First lesson....patience. Thanks.....
I'm really impressed. Very professional job. And what is the most important - it looks AMAZING!
Thanks for watching
That's a badass orange.. Hell of a job with what your working with..
Nice, that color is awesome. I'm going to paint my bike this winter & this may be the color I go with. Thanks for sharing
Wow, really great job. You did a great job on the paint booth. I am going to make the same booth when i paint my bike. Thanks for sharing this video.
This guy did an awesome job. I like his paint booth and the paint looks fantastic.
I really admire your patience, not to mention your talent... good on you. I've just bought an old 96 Fireblade to restore and was looking for some inspiration, I certainly got it... cheers.
You did a great job my brother. What a great way to maximize your resources. Be careful out there. Peace and Blessings.
Great job. I started out almost the exact same way many years ago and now have a shop with thousands in equipment and restore classic cars and bikes. People hated in the beginning because of my ghetto set ups, but I had to start somewhere. Now they all want a job. Keep doing what you're doing. You have the creativity and initiative that's hard to find. Anybody can do a decent paint job with all the right tools, but you improvised and did an awesome job.
Thanks for watching
Beautiful work. you have inspired me to paint my bike in the spring. you really made that color pop. TY for the great work.
William McBride Thanks for watching and don't forget to subscribe! Don't forget to share.
love your work. I also like how you break every thing down. I'm going to watch this a few more times before I give it a try.
Much respect for the effort, sharing and the impressive result.
This video is amazing! I love your home-made paint booth! I love it so much you have inspired me to make my own. You, my friend, are very talented. Hope you have more projects to come on CZcams.
Fantastic job mate! This Aussie loves your homemade spray booth. You've inspired me.
Looks showroom. Very nice. Thanks for uploading.
I enjoyed this video. It's awesome that this was a DIY project in your garage and you took the risk of doing this. Absolutely awesome!!

Great job! I'm a DIYer too, saves money and you learn more about your bike and how to turn a wrench too;)
I'm painting my bike this weekend, an 02 Intruder 1400. I bought it wrecked. It had been rearended. I've donr all the work myself, including straightening the fender. You're right patience is the key. I'll let you know how it turns out.
Hell Knows How I Got Here, I Was Looking At Createx Paint Products And Ended Up Here! Liking The Work Even If Your Booth Is One Of The Smallest Auto-Booths I Ever Did See, "Great Work, Well Done"
Thanks for watching
Didn't mean for it to be an insult. I just meant it was a good idea and that you managed to make it work without a proper paint booth.
MY GOD!!!!!! That color is beautiful!!!!! GOD DAMN

Really great idea using the box the fan came in 👍. It’s janky as hell but if it works it works. Great video, bro!
Love the paint booth! Well done. Thanks for documenting on video.
Awesome video!. Been wanting to paint my bike and was trying to figure out how to do exactly what you did. Nice work!
Excellent video and nice job that color really sets your bike off.
Thanks for watching
Love the paint job. I'm looking to paint my frame and sub-frame black on my r6. The fairings are burnt orange. You inspired me.
I really had to think how I was going to reply on this one. Innovative Paint Booth sounds better. I clearly represent no forms of the Ghetto. So, because I found a clever way to paint my motorcycle in my garage, it is deemed Ghetto. Instead of being looked at as something that was ingenious. I may have gone to deep, but anyway. Thanks for watching.
bigbandit007 doing a project similar on my bike. Question though, did you sand the windscreen before panting it? I've been wanting to paint mine but I'm scared the scratches will be seen in the paint
Very inspiring and awesome job. I ride an 01 GSXR 1000 and am looking to do something like that to really make it "mine".
Nice job! Very well done and detail oriented. Not bad for an amature painter. I will follow your lead. Thanks.
Thanks for the Share Buddy, DIG that Burnt Orange, with out that booth you would NOT have prob got these great results! Keep up the great work!
Thats not bad at all for a home paint job, Plus you learn as you go. I want to paint my bike for next season.
Nice job...very creative paint booth.
good job...and nice paint job color too...i gotta check out your other videos.thanks for doing this for DIYourselfers.
You did a good job man. It looks good and Im sure you got some friends who want you to do theirs
Building it is easy and it really keeps the paint off of everything.
Dude I really appreciate the comment. I hope I can inspire other folks to take on a challenge. Thanks Again.
I ride a Harley and still appreciate two wheels of all makes... this is a beautiful bike and job... really popped when you added the carbon fiber and other accents... take care and be safe out there bro.
;)~
i'm working at listening to this at the same time..
very informative vid
looks badass man. you gave me the confidence to do it myself to mine and my wifes bikes. also thats one sweet ass color.
good job brotha! the best instructional video I seen in a while
Fresh to death. You did a great job, and the paint booth was a great idea.

Hey man you gave me the carriage. To paint my bike this passed weekend.I take my hat off to you.it was hard work had so many problems.temp, gun I was using got stopped up with the metallic paint (filter inside of gun gun had to remove it and clean out gun. I had fun. Bike turn out ok
Good journey through everypart m8 of the start to finish . I'm on opposite custom paint on one of my bikes back to a sort of 1980s Honda paint job . But with some modern paint colours . House of colour looking good for the red . You should be very happy with your efforts from booth to bike well done
Fantastic job. Very impressed. Looks great!
damn. black MacGyver. thats crazy. nice work.
Man that carbon fiber got her lookin right, you did a pretty good job, I might do mine at home to
Very nice work with the booth... tim the Tool Man Taylor would be proud. R r r r.
God Bless
Not a bad paint job considering the circumstances. Makeshift booth and all. I can say I'm impressed. For that peel issue you were having with the primer, I'd say it's either your tip size (1.8 is usually what I use for most primers) or the VA humidity and spray pressure. You want about 10psi at the tip for proper atomization for most guns. You did a really good job on that. The Candy ran a bit as you said, but you like the character:)
Loving the paint booth. I've been rushing painting my daily bike just to be able to use it but I have a second bike I don't use which I need to paint before selling and will use your paint booth design to make one (just a bit bigger). Very good video!
Nice job on the repaint. It looks sick.
Amazing wish I had that patience to do this.
Good job bro, normally not a fan of candy paints, but that looks smooth.
You the man! The man!
Looks damn good, spun a rod bearing on my 03 gsxr 1000 and is getting picked up tomorrow to be fixed, thinking about painting the plastics while its out. Yours looks damn good!
Nice Job. Thanks for putting all the work into making this video. Color is one of my favorites. Kind of that color they put on the Hiyabusa. I will be attempting your paint booth design.
Oh wow! I actually pick this color myself as well, and because I love lowriders I'll throw in some graphics too. I got my bike Disassembled at the moment getting ready to scruff it down and primer it in a couple Days
Thanks for the comment. I am going to paint another bike this month. Its just for fun. May be I can sharpen my skills.
man that mug is cold. love it. i want to paint mine...97 gsxr1100. ive watched 5 ov your vids thus far. thanks for the notes.
Love the color. Nice job!
Thanks man I really appreciate it. I'm going to send you some pics of a busa I just painted candy wine red.
Sick color. Looks clean
Nice work on the paint. Another thing to worry about with power buffers is burning the paint but everything is a learning process. Great job. Too ambitious for me though, I'm a perfectionist as well.
awesome bud thank you so much clears a lot up! when i bought my bike of the a guy it began flaking and i don't want that happening when i redo it. Thanks again!
Housing the exhaust fan in the box it came in: that is both ghetto and genius at the same time! I love it! #copyingthat
bloody brilliant,,,,,well done
That's going to look HOT. Make sure you send me a pic of your completed project. Thanks for tuning in.
Really nice job, I love the colour too
u did the fool on that... awesome color choice
great job, you built a booth just like I built mine, with one small change, I made my fan blow into the booth, I just added a filter to the back of the fan to keep crap out. I got a box fan from Walmart for $20, set in on the ground and duct taped it in. Having the air blow in pushins the plastic out and it does not require so much tape, it also blows air out of all the holes you may have and no dirt or bugs can come in. otherwise, way to go.
Great job. And that color turned or gorgeous
DONphantasmo Thanks for watching and don't forget to subscribe! Also, please always share videos on Facebook, Twitter, Google +, etc
Nice job the bike looks amazing
nice work bud, very good choice for the color!
I painted Gixxer Hot Rod Matte Silver with a 2 gal airbrush compressor. Did it piece by piece really slow but I did it. Came out clean. Found its like 10% spraying 90% elbow grease to get them to come out nice.
in oz we mix the clear and top coat it gives it a 3 dimensional look that really makes it pop been doing it that way for about 50 years
Cool video. Really like the color.
Nicely done, congrats !
Thanks man. I'm just trying to return the favor. I learned how to attempt to paint via youtube. So I just want to help someone else. I appreciate the comment. Keep grinding.
Love the idea, man. Thanks for sharing this!
wow!! great job and idea, the color is beautiful bro!!!!!
