(Horn salute) CPKC 2-231 at Belle River with empty windmill flatbeds (8/13/2024)

So here we see an extra 231 that I got informed of earlier that day and it came during a nice evening with a pair of classic CP AC44CWs upfront and just a couple cars down a bunch of empty windmill flatbeds. I’m not sure where these are going, but I wonder if they’re gonna come back loaded
